They are lazy they are rude they get your order wrong every single time they stop cooking 2 hours before they close and give you the leftovers that have been sitting there all day I'm definitely calling the corporate on these people the laziest place I've ever had eaten and they have no idea how to listen to your order you could order a 30-piece meal and they will give you three gravies and a piece of chicken it's sad and very pathetic worst I've ever seen McDonald's is even better than them and that's sad because everybody is supposed to love KFC no longer can I eat here have to go to Redmond sad
Great food some friendly staff hours not what its states opens at 11 but not open open til 11:30 due to staffing drive thru lines move a liddo faster then previous time still somewhat of a wait but love the food!!!
Cost went from $6 for a famous bowl to $7.79 and an extra small side used to be $1 to add to a meal, now it's $3.79. Not worth it!
Gone way downhill. Raised prices of famous bowl, and then served me a famous bowl with cut upChicken tenders in it instead of popcorn chicken. No wings available. Place is trash don’t recommend.
They've changed since the last time I've been here, and for the better. The chicken is hot everytime and every item they make is perfectly seasoned.
Don’t go to this place since they reopened. The chicken tasted really wierd and the store manager told me “So Sorry”. She worked on 1/24 at 4:00PM. Fire her fast before she causes more damage and ruins your reputation!
KFC has the best fried chicken. Bends restaurant has great customer service and gas always gotten my orders correct!!
One of Bend's freshest, hot & delicious fast food places. Due to the shortage of employees, like most places here, plan on waiting in line most visits but it's worth it.
I recently came through and ordered the 25 dollar family meal. After being handed my food I asked for a couple of extra disposable containers, even if I needed to pay for them, because part of the meal was going to a different house and I needed to split it up. I was thinking I'd pay a couple of dollars. The employee came back and informed me that his manager was going to charge me over 5 dollars EACH for two cheap, plastic containers. I'm a restaurant manager and I know for a fact that your disposable containers do not cost anywhere near that much. I don't blame the young kid that was only the messenger, but your manager clearly needs better training. 3 stars, but only because the food is decent.
I ordered online at 12:00 says pick ready at 12:15. Get there at 12:20 and have to sit online in the drive thru and get my order at 12:50. Love the food but will not be going back again. My food would have been fresh if I had just gone through the drive thru.
