I love Jimmy John’s but the Bend location on 27th has been understaffed for months. I avoided them for a little bit so they could figure out staffing but I finally return two months later and got stuck in an unmoving drive through for more than 10 minutes until I finally bailed. You need to pay your employees more and hire more staff. It’s absurd. You have almost lost my business forever. Where is my freaky fast, Jimmy John’s!?!?
I forgot to look at name tags. The name on the receipt was Jared. He and the girl with the blue hair were super friendly and made me want to come back. The food was great but the friendly attitude is what made it even better. My husband and I were impressed! ? Thank you both!
I drive semi and pass through Bend Oregon often. When I’m craving Jimmy John’s All I gotta do is get to a safe place to park and they deliver right to me every time! Their service is awesome and sandwiches are top notch scrumptious. Thank you for making it easy for a truck driver to have a great meal!
Ordered food tonight online, then after almost an hour of waiting Jimmy John’s was closed and no one would answer the phone at all. They charged me but never delivered anything!!! Now here I sit 8:30 and starving without being reimbursed
I just experienced one of the most appalling customer service experience of my life! We were in the drive through getting a sandwich when my four year old nephew, in a panic, told me he had to go to the bathroom. I pulled to the side. Hopped out to grab him and take him in the building. The door was unlocked and as I rushed through the lobby, a snarky purple-haired girl told me the lobby was closed. I responded my nephew needed to go to the bathroom right now. Thinking we still lived in a civilized society, where people had human decency, especially towards toddlers, I continued to the bathroom without hearing her. When I came out she said in an incredibly rude and argumentative tone that “we cannot have you in the lobby, there’s a Shell station close by.” I shared how appalled I was that they didn’t have patience or compassion for a child in distress. There wasn’t time to search an unfamiliar gas station for a bathroom. Covid has made people into complete psychos (in Oregon anyway) and I cannot abide it anymore! This is my last time at Jimmy John’s! The taste has gone way downhill anyway, no big loss.
Their slim sandwiches are really good .. I like the turkey .. My granddaughter likes the luha luha sandwich.. She loves the bar be que potato chips .. Kettle fried kind ..
Super Nice staff but for the 2nd time in a row I received the wrong sandwich. Frustrating to get all the way home and discover your order was completely wrong. Ordered an Italian night club with no tomatoes. Received roast beef I believe with turkey and tomatoes. Don’t have time to run all the back to the location. Just prefer to eat the sandwich I ordered.
If you want to visit a jimmy johns that can’t get your simple order right, go here. I’ve been there 4 times in the last month or so and not once have I come home with the correct order. I shouldn’t have to open the sandwich up while I’m at the store to verify you don’t mess it up. Can’t even get the type of chips right.

This shop on 27th is the best in Bend. I get the same thing every time and I am always satisfied. The quality is top notch, and the customer service is great?. Super quick, without lacking in quality, and delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a filling sub meal.
