Ordered a sub 2 weeks ago and the lettuce was old so I called and got a new one delivered, decided to try again today and received almost no lettuce on my sandwich. I understand being busy and short staffed since I have previously been a GM at jimmy johns but this is unacceptable and the manager/owner should be ashamed of how much is being over looked and how little the staff seem to care. If this were my store we would be working extra to retrain or the GM needs to be on the line and correcting these mistakes while they are being made and making sure every sandwich is being made correctly.
Got a sandwich that’s already supposed to have avocado. Paid $2 extra for extra avocado. Get my sandwich and it has zero avocado on it so I kindly go in and ask for a couple sides (since it’s supposed to be on there and I already paid for it) the guy charges me an extra $2 and then literally threw my change on the counter because I told him one tiny side wasn’t enough for my 16 inch sandwich which was literally already supposed to come with avocado… like my bad for wanting the food I paid for I guess?
I just purchased a sandwich at the Old Mill store location in Bend. The cashier, a short young lady with dark hair, was very rude while taking my order. No welcome, no thank you, no positive attitude. The name of the order taker on my receipt is Sydney.
Lazy management. They pretend they're closed and turn off online ordering
A decent sandwich made with fresh ingredients by a friendly staff. However, there was a long hair in my sandwich. After doing as directed and contacting corporate, I was sent a form letter saying they were here to ensure my satisfaction and would do anything to improve my experience. I again voiced my concerns, on two separate occasions and received no response whatsoever. I was encouraged initially by their talk of concern, but quickly learned that they could not care less. Truly a disappointing experience. One I would recommend all avoid in the future.
Really poor customer service wouldn’t go here run by not the smartest tools in the shed and don’t compromise, would rather eat McDonald’s

Freaking tasty
Customer service was terrible, no thank you or anything just what do want, anything else and swipe. Most thr employees had large bushy beards and guess what, beard hair in my chicken Ceasar wrap. Enough to gross you out. I would pass on this jimmy John's
