This was my first time eating here it was so funny it looked like he put way to much oil & vinager but it was so so so good ?You all need to eat here better than sub way and port of subs and stuff was super nice and clean I will be back it was my first time and not my last good job keep good work up we need more good food like this in bend
Updated from 4 stars as I forgot my mask one day, am vaccinated, asked if they had an extra mask to provide, they said no and that they would still not serve me all because of no mask. (In an aggressive way when I was a regular and was trying to be respectful of the situation)Starting to feel like a real dystopia these days...I consider this experience alone worthy of a 1-star review, and now I'll never go back. You have lost a regular.Instead, I'm 100% going to share the story of how i was aggressively denied service for an invalid reason.?It would be a smart business move to carry some masks for customer's convenience. My situation is proof that it would be a net positive for your company.
You say you're open, I drove from to both locations and discovered only after walking up to the door that both locations are closed for remodeling. No signs just lots of construction. Never coming back.
It was good. I had a ham, my husband had a cheesesteak. The guy raved about the ham, it was ok. The oil and vinegar didnt really add any flavor. I liked the roll. Customer service was good once you were being helped.
The last time I came in and ordered a sandwich for my husband he always gets the rosemary bread and it usually is soft this time it was very hard he couldn't even chew it he was not happy so all the ate was the middle part
I really love Jersey Mike's food, but this particular location is horrendous. I only get the right food that I order about ten percent of the time. At first I thought my orders were screwed up because it's hard to get good employees, but today I realized that it was personal. I have emailed the management about the incorrect orders on multiple occasions (I'm not a Karen and didn't blame anyone or demand anything for free, I just wanted my sub made without vegetables), but I think the managers just flagged my account and now mismake my food on purpose. It's incredibly juvenile behavior and I'll never order from here again.

They don't clean the slicer between meats ,or cheeses, or even between customers. Literally a pile of all kinds of meat and cheese crumbs underneath. Gross. They don't clean the counter off either. Just scrape off the gunk. They act like slicing the meat is a plus but it's really a minus, sanitation wise, and makes it take forever to get a sandwich. Especially when they have twenty online orders to make before they get to you. Everything is cross contaminated.I'll pass from now on.
Had to bake kahuna onions mushrooms peppers cheese meat it was bomb will be going back there whenever I'm in town
