First experience here and last. Ordered online for curbside pick up because my daughter wasn’t feeling well. Younger girl brought out my food and informed me they don’t do curbside pick up and she just figured she should bring it out since it was still sitting there. She informed me that they have a hard time finding which car it goes to so they don’t do it. Mind you I’m in 1 of 2 curbside pickup parking spots and not one other person is in the parking area. I checked the food to see what was in each bag and that’s when I realized all 3 sandwiches were extremely burnt. I walked in to speak to someone and no one was around. 1 couple was sitting at a table waiting but that was it. I went home and called to speak to a manager. Lady on the phone says she’s a supervisor and could possibly help me. I explained the situation and asked for a refund of the sandwiches. She stated she could have them remade or give me credit for next time. I said no thanks and unfortunately there won’t be a next time. She then took my first name and phone number for the manager to call tomorrow morning because she can’t access the computer so she doesn’t know if a refund is possible.
It's on the recovery end of the pandemic, and if you're not a considerate & patient person this is going to press you a small amount. The food is nostalgic, & they have the full boat menu as usual...coffee on tap at the table..The staff was very kind to my husband & myself.100% on brand I ended up sticky & covered in syrup by my own doing...there must be an unwritten you'll end up sticky clause somewhere. Enjoy pancake n wafflers
We went during presidents day. Due to the holiday it was busy. We waited about 15 mins for our table but this was less than we were quoted. The manager who was also bussing and helping made the time go by quickly with jokes. Our server was very attentive she had quite a bit of other tables and was also serving a large party. Thank you guys for working so hard! It was much appreciated by my son and I who had not been out to breakfast in a long time!
I have had so many bad experiences here at this ihop.We usually go somewhere else but this time I was really craving Ihop an I decided give it one more try. An let me say this was the LAST time I will be coming here.Wait for more than 30 minutes for the food an when the food got to the table it was cold ! ?
Slow, service, food cold and eggs were asked to be cooked over medium but came sunny side up and took 30 minutes to get food.Waitress playing on phone, ignoring customer and he walked out..We won't be back.
Classic ol Ihop. I love this place, always have.
I was very disappointed again went 4, month ago thought maybe things were better nope coldeggs cold hash brown cold pancakes than cold syrup to put on your cold pancakes at least we had hot coffee waitress never came by to ask us how things were never asked if we would like more coffee very sad
I hate getting anything from this place. Doordash or eat in, both recieve terrible service. Not acknowledged for 10 minutes standing at the front of the line. Have to call out waitstaff to try to get some update on food. Other people seated first that were here after me. Not impressed and far too slow to be worth it. I get being understaffed and needing a few extra minutes, but thats no reason for a bad experience/service.
Food was what you would expect, no complaints there. Place was super packed, but service was still good.
Hair in pancakes. After much complaining gave me 5$ off my total. However. The customers next to us got the wrong food for free. Makes no sense.SLOW AS EVER! Not even super busy
