the food looks so bomb but tastes like nothing besides a hint of turmeric. overcooked flavorless dumpling filling. weird ranch and marinara type dipping sauces that didn’t go with dumpling flavors at all. this pile of dumplings and a little side salad (no rice) was $17 too. my friend got the noodle bowl and threw the whole thing out as well. just order the gyro from the food truck next door, you’ll be much happier.
Always served hot, fresh and delicious. This is the most outstanding and consistent cart at The Bite imo. They stand alone in their uniqueness to Bend fare and I am always, always happy to give them my business. I generally get myself the noodles but their dumplings(the mo mo) are stellar and satisfying as well. 10/10 guys. Keep up the amazing work!
The noodle dish is absolutely amazing. The gals attitude depends on the day I guess… skimpy portions for the price tho…
This place is always delicious! The service is friendly, the food hot and flavorful. I always have a hard time deciding between the Masu Baht or the Noodles. I always recommend this place to friends and visitors. An additional plus is the tap house OnTap that has over 30 different taps to choose from!
I've been seeing these amazing dishes on IG, so decided to stop by while we're in Bend. Located at On tap, it was a quick easy bite on our way out of town. I got the noodle dish with a side of momos. The noodles were very flavorful, came with a side salad and mixed with veggies. The momos were beef and came with 2 side sauces. Both dishes were great and filling, and the flavors just explode and complemented eachother so well.

The dumplings are sooo delicious. My chicken was really tasty, but I was kind of missing some spice. I don't know what's in that green creamy sauce but it's addictive!!
