Absolutely fabulous! If you’re looking for a normal but great tasting burger, this is the place to go! The same goes for the fries and tater tots. It was delicious. We even went back a second time this past week, because it was a good burger. And the prices are absolutely fair. The staff was super friendly and the milk shake to go is a must. We’ll be back ???
I'm only giving 3 stars because we didn't get to eat here on this day. We had eaten at the last location for years but this is our first time trying this one. No one ever came to the counter to help us but we were already shocked at the doubled prices. We decided to walk out and just go to dandys instead. They get the 3 stars because their food used to be good and I'm sure it still is. We waited for 5 minutes and never saw a cashier to take our order whoch is the primaryreason for losing our business today. We will not be back.
I see some reviews on here complaining about prices and the quality of some items on the menu, so I felt compelled to write a review. The pictures I've attached are actual pictures of my daughter's and my meals. I can't speak on any other menu items, but these burgers were great. The patties are not huge, but they are totally fine. The quality of the burger, and the freshness of the the vegetables, and mushrooms were outstanding. The tots and fries were cooked to perfection, crispy, but not greasy. I think we paid around 15-18 dollars/each, but this came with what you see pictured, and unlimited drinks. To me this is not unreasonable at all considering what fast food places charge these days, most of the time that food is terrible. I happened to meet one of the owners by happenchance, and we chatted just briefly, and after ordering our food she told my daughter and me to pick out any milkshake on the menu and that it was on the house. I tried to refuse but she insisted. My daughter got a chocolate milkshake that was delicious.We are not from Bend, but for now on, anytime we are in town, this will be a staple on our visit. A+ service, it's a mom and pop joint, and the no mask policy was just icing on the cake. Thank you Hardy's!
The Cobb salad is the best in town!! The ranch is sooooo yummy!! The burgers are very tasty!! Our favorite is the Amanda Mit. It has BBQ sauce and onion rings are on the burger, oh and BACON!!! Can't forget the bacon!! YES PLEASE!!! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! See yall soon!!
Food was less than average, prices are insulting, staff was amazing and the place looks wonderful but seriously. We will never be back. I honestly would like my money back….
My boyfriend and I went into Hardy's earlier today (it was my first time) and had the most spectacular interaction with Rayna. We ended up chatting with her for quite awhile and shared a good amount of laughter :) Her genuine kindness and welcoming disposition were a refreshing change during this pandemic. She deserves some HUGE kudos. We will definitely be back & be sure to recommend Hardy's to as many people as we can!
Very disappointed the hamburger was super thin and the jalapeno poppers were straight out of the freezer for nine dollars. For two people to eat a very basic meal it was 59 dollars that did come with dessert for one that we shared I think that any fact food chain would be better . Basically the prices were too high for the quality of food service was good that's why they got two stars and environment was nice
It is clear that they are banking on the nearby hotel for their business and not trying to sell to the rest of the town, because that is the only logical explanation for the price.The guy who said to just go to BK was maybe a little harsh, but with Bend Burger Co just down the road, less expensive, and ACTUALLY putting the love into their menu the price and ambience suggest? What's the point? Unless you are staying at that there hotel next door...EDIT: So all that with a two star rating was before I saw the cooks both wandering around preparing all the food without masks. They literally just breathe all over your food. Well congrats on having "no fear" or "regard for other humans" or whatever. All you anti maskers? Clear to go there and spend twice the amount you should be.The rest of us should avoid it.
Wow I was very disappointed. Our meal was horrible. This place is way to expensive. We ordered a Brent's B&B burger (small/super dry)Side salad barely any lettuce with alot I mean alot of tomatoes and loaded with shredded cheese and the Grilled chicken Cobb salad for my wife and they brought it with breaded chicken and we sent it back. Her salad wasn't very big for being 16 bucks. My burger was $18 dollars and wasn't worth a dime. Very very displeased and I definitely DO NOT recommend.
Costumer service is great but be warned if youre not getting burgers and fries, you're going to be disappointed with the quality and the over priced food. Youre better off going to bend burger company.
