Best tacos in Bend, yep you heard that right! It doesn’t matter what you get because it is all great… however my favorite must trys are the shrimp and chorizo tacos as well as the Al Pastor! If you are impatient and starving like I usually an, then I recommend you start out with the guac and ceviche! Dont forget to check the specials board, they always have some hidden gems up there!! Wash it all down with the Pineapple Serrano margarita and you will not be disappointed.
Quite possibly the best tacos in town. Be sure not to sleep on their specials menu and grab yourself a ranch water. Good tequila selection overall too.
Delicious. Will be back. Yummy guacamole. Simple street tacos. Would like a little more pineapple in my al pastor but that is a preference. Meats were tender and flavorful.
Every taco I have tried so far has been phenomenal. Love the covered outdoor seating options. Not a huge fan of the sauces on the table though, please make some normal hot sauces that complement the food and are not fermented!
Waited about 20 minutes for just two tacos. Ingredients were of quality but not terribly well seasoned. For the price per taco, I expected a little bit of higher quality. Still nicer than many other Mexican spots around town but don't go in hopes of authenticity or flavor.
Way too pricey for what you get. We got 5 tacos, $20 (including tip) and they all fit into a small to go container. They were tasty, but it was like an appetizer…we were still hungry. Def glad we didn’t stop here after a hike.Also, NO salsa. And employees NOT wearing masks, if that is a concern to you.
Tried all the tacos... meats are dry rubbed and grilled well BUT the flavor is mild. No homemade salsa bar and NOT enough sauce or garnishes on the meat. Some tweaks in the kitchen could do some good.
First time here. We shared one each of the specials. Their menu is quite extensive, too! The pozole was too salty for us, but had great flavor. All the other items were delicious and filling!! Especially enjoyed the jugo verde! Reminded us of our Mexico travels. We got there just in time to avoid the line, which moved quickly and the place filled up for lunch. We added another taco and agua Fresca to our order which must have been put at the end of all the other tickets. Should make those priority imho. We will surely be back, the food, price point and ambience were great. Would like to see cooks wearing properly fitting masks so they aren’t touching their nose/face 10 times a minute to adjust and place back over nose.
great interior design...reminds me of growing up in Texas....feels very authentic...excellent service...good food and very flavorful. My only complaint is that the protein portions are very small. I had to order extra protein every time I go there....they give you lots of everything except for the meat and chicken and pork...otherwise, a good casual place to visit....
My friends and I absolutely LOVE this place!! I grew up next to the border and I am used to authentic Mexican food, this place is AMAZING!!!! If you like Margaritas, try the Hibiscus Margaritas...DELICIOUS!! Not only do you get a great variety of meats to choose from but there are also Vegan choices. The staff is always very pleasant and the manager Kevin is so nice and funny!!! He went out of his way, joked with us and was very genuine! If you want that "Oregon Hospitality" check them out, you won't be disappointed!!
