Great hidden gem in a popular shopping center. What caught my eye was the raving cocktail reviews and lunch special; I never past up a deal. Had a late lunch at 3pm and ordered the pomegranate mojito and my partner ordered the blackberry basil mule, both were delicious and worth the $13 each. Pomegranate mojito was on the sour side but that's how I like it, so keep that in mind when ordering. We started with the Sicilian meatballs, which seemed to be really popular as everyone there had ordered them and I can't tell you how fast my partner ate them up. I am sad about not having any photos to share because we ate so fast; that's how good everything was. Point being, if you like meatballs, order them; they are a must. We both ordered off the pick two lunch menu and it was a steal of a deal. I got the mac-n-cheese with the chicken apple walnut salad and my partner got the pepperoni, sausage, and Portobello mushroom pizza, also with the chicken apple walnut salad. Everything was top notch and sooooo good *chefs kiss* I wish I could go back and eat here once a week because I would. After finishing and paying, my partner and I were about to walk out the door and were stopped by a gentleman aka the owner, to acknowledge our meal and experience. It was so refreshing to be greeted by him and genuinely asked how our meal was and if we were enjoying Bend. Overall great customer service, genuine hospitality, and fresh, delicious food. You won't be disappointed.

The Caesar salad with chicken is my go to, and the pizza is delicious. Wonderful atmosphere, clean and great customer service. You have to get the Lava Cake for dessert!

We have been eating at flat bread for about 10 years. We love the food here the staff is always wonderful and kind. The owner even has come out and talk to us a few times. Keep up the great work guys and gals!
