As soon as you walk in you have a staff that greets you and they prepare the rest of the order for our customers as soon as you arrive which only takes a few minutes and then it's ready for your delivery. They are very fast as they are also very busy and they seem to be efficient in their work. Great job there you friendly staff at five guys!
Food is always good but I was really surprised when we got 1 small burger, 1 double burger and 1 order of French fries and it was $26! That's just way too much in my opinion. We probably won't be back.

Favorite franchise burger cause I can order it exactly how I want it with a wide variety of toppings choices, but in Bend it's hard to find a basic cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard, pickle... but with the variety of toppings available there are endless possibilities of which way you can have your burger and for that I give them 5 stars, fries are always hot, fresh and plentiful! I was quite happy when they finally opened up in Bend. The place always appears to be clean, well kept up and well staffed unlike "Insert random fast food joint here". I look forward to many more juicy burgers from our local Five Guys burgers & fries! Keep up the good work ?
Ordered two cheeseburgers, extra onions, lettuce, tomato, mayo and small fry. Receieved one plain cheeseburger, a bacon cheeseburger with ketchup and large fry. Husband and I ate them anyhow, still delicious! Looking forward to trying out my order soon. ?
I don't like leaving bad reviews but I've never received such bad service as I have here lately. I stood at the front of the counter and was deliberately ignored for 10 minutes. My food was ready is the ridiculous part. They just chose not to acknowledge me or even say hello. Sad cause this place usually and used to be good.
When I ate beef, theirs was the best. I don't ear beef any more and the fries were more crispy than I can take. So I had a hot dog with relish ?. Very good! I still think their great1
First time here... Great burger and hot dogs. Love you can get the dogs with bacon ( merica). Crazy amount of fries but awesome

Yummy burgers and friendly service! They let us stay and eat in even though we got there pretty close to closing.
