The tacos are incredible. I tried all four of their meats. They are all wonderful. The best part is the fresh handmade tortillas. These are really good tacos.
Amazing queso tacos and quesadillas, so amazing I'm missing them now that I'm back home in Washington. Next time I'm back in Bend, Oregon. I will for sure be back. Also don't pass up on the horchata!
We got one of each taco and they looked sooo good that we immediately dug into em and forgot to take a photo! Upon the first bite, I could tell they make their own tortillas… which is such a rare find and a solid indication that it’s LEGIT! It’s an authentic taco truck right next to a Mexican market where we bought some Modelos and sat on their picnic bench to chow down. Loved it and will return for the quesadillas and tortas!
The birria game is strong with this one. Handmade tortillas, a well seasoned sauce, and tender meat made for excellent bites. The pastor was probably one of the best in town. Moist, generous portion and flavorful. Top it off with an agua fresca that was on point, fresh, fruity and not overly sweet. Winner winner!!!

Had tacos de asada & the quesataco de asada. Listen.. listen to me.. GET THE GREEN SAUCE! Absolutely in love, had to take a whole cup home with us. Food was great, the meat, the tortillas and the horchata!! I've been looking for some freshly made horchata since leaving Chicago and I found it and I'm so happy!! I would have taken pictures but we were too hungry x) Definitely our new go-to Mexican place. Tasted like I was in Mexico ? *I am Mexican*

El Taquero is beyond legit. The homemade tortillas make it better than anyplace around. They are so filling. The pastor is incredible.Elevated horchata that is so good and such a treat.Finally got to try the posole and it's the best I've ever had. Hominy that still has texture and isn't mush, huge chunks of meat, fantastic broth- gonna be dreaming about that until next week.Don't forget to throw a few bucks in the Pay it Forward jar- helping our neighbors in need!
