Coffee is very good, service is not. I go here all the time. New crew needs some customer service training!I will say do NOT follow the painted lines If you do people cut in front of you and the manager is ok with that.I was told they cannot ask people not to cut. My time is more important than money, but they will give you a free drink if you let people cut.
This Bend Oregon Dutch Bros has amazing and kind workers, it also has some of the best hot chocolate and muffin tops EVER! I would recommend this place for a snack or dessert!

The servers were so Incredibly kind! I’m new top town (from Australia) and my server was deaf. He was so kind and funny, I support the Auslan (Australian sign) back home and he was so helpful in telling me where I could get classes here in Bend. Definitely coming back! So cheery and happy ? thanks guys!!! Yummiest mocha ☕️
People were great but coffee was awful.... Think they forgot the flavorings. Found out was three NEW people. Very cheery place. Clean and nice

Fabulous service, as per usual. Someone in line ahead pre-paid for my coffee and DBro staff ran out to tell me and then ran back out with my coffee so that I could exit the line early.
Hot coffee to make you warm in winter weather is a must ? Aside from Phil’s Coffee, Dutch Bros. is another coffee brand that is, in my opinion better than Starbucks
