I'm guessing it's part of the staffing difficulty everyone is having, but I've had consistently bad luck here the last three weeks of getting served really bad coffee. Today I ordered and paid for a small, and they made a medium. I asked they remake it, because they taste different and the larger drinks are basically flavored milk. They just dumped it into a small cup. Switching to home or canned coffee for the foreseeable future.
