Coffee is very good, service is not. I go here all the time. New crew needs some customer service training! I will say do NOT follow the painted lines If you do people cut in front of you and the manager is ok with that. I was told they cannot ask people not to cut. My time is more important than money, but they will give you a free drink if you let people cut.

This is just a great dutch bros, much like all dutch bros, from my experience.Update: These guys are so fun. I said to make a drink that looks like my dog and they did and they went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you guys so much! This made my week.
If you are addicted to coffee this is the place to go. My wife and I only had the peach smoothies but boy were they good.

We had THE nicest server this morning at this location! The guy was super upbeat, friendly and positive, told us about the app and gave us free stickers and some water to go. Awesome experience!!! Highly Recommend
Incredibly slow service. Went three times during our vacation, and all three times we waited almost 20 minutes. They apologized and said they were training someone. Seems like it would be more efficient to train during slower periods. The drinks were great, the wait made me wish I had gone somewhere else
I just feel when your line is blocking traffic then you should limit the small talk, and work on the orders. I love Dutch Bros but sometimes the forced conversations can be very awkward, take away from making the drink and being told "We have to ask this question about the tip" Everytime you go gets exhausting, especially as a local. I always tip, but feel like it's less of an option and more of a requirement. Also I've went several times about 30min prior to close and been made to feel guilty because they already turned off/ cleaned their machine because it was "slow" so I'm forced to try something they "can" make. I used to be a barista I understand but 30min is a little too early to clean the machine and break it down.
First time at Dutch Bros. The staff was awesome. Way more personal than those other guys that just spell your name wrong on cups lol. The guy with the beard working outside was great. He asked us a bunch of questions about what we were into and pointed us in the direction of something delicious. I got the double iced chocolate mocha with nitro and my wife got the coconut mocha. Both were amazing. Once they saw our little pug, he too got to enjoy the goodness that is Dutch Bros Coffee. Thanks again dudes, can't for you to hit Michigan!!
Dutch brothers has a knack for hiring and maintaining super hip, pleasant, professional and well groomed employees.At 5:30ish am. Dealing with the typical short line of cars waiting on each one as if they were the only and best customer ever.Plus.... they gave me a free coffee for being born. ?lmao....
