The pizza is a dominos pizza. I've gone 2 times for the "curb side pick up" and it's never been a good experience. The first time they never brought it out and the store only allowed 1 person in the store at a time, finally got it after waiting in line (I thought that was the plus of curbside). Second time I waited almost 20 min, no one came out when I went inside it had a hand full of employees. Don't offer the curb side if it never happens. Psa just don't do curb side pick up
Domino's in Bend is fantastic. Always get it right and always follow my delivery instructions. I have a dog that likes to bark her head off with knocking on the door and they never knock! Thank you Domino's of Bend.
Got pasta, bread, and wings. Decent food, good price. Was done in recommended amount of time. Only complaint was only 1 person allowed in at a time, but app says come in to avoid lines.
The man working the counter was very polite and made good conversation while I was waiting on my second pizza. A genuine wholesome guy who made my experience easy and nice. Didn’t catch his name but probably late 30s short dark hair. Super cool guy
Pizza was delicious. Wings were not bad at all. They were obviously EXTREMELY busy, but at one point there were 10 employees in the back and they were still overwhelmed. Phone was ringing constantly. Felt bad for the young lady running the register as she had to deal with the middle aged men taking their frustrations out on her because they weren't getting their orders on time. It just seems like the owners or managers need training on how to make things run a little more smoothly.
I understand being under staffed, but answer your phone. We can never get through the Bend location for what ever reason. Tried to go online ordering and it says it doesn't deliver to my apartment complex when I see their delivery driver here all the time. It is riduculous that you cannot get service. Been trying for over 30 minutes to get through and when you are on hold for a little after 10 minutes it automatically hangs up on you. I am so done with Domino's. I love the pizza better than pizza hut. Now I have to order where I dislike and that makes me very angery. Ger with it. We are all under staffed and we all make due. I am very disapointed at Domino's Pizza. This has happened more than once.
For literally being the only dominos location in Bend I swear to god you guys NEED to do better. Been on hold for 20-30 minutes tops to be just hung up on every single time. Pizza is cold when delivered and when an order is wrong they make it seem like it’s your fault solely. Like please do better and get better phone answering services. It’s ridiculous
Today I called Dominos in Bend on Yew Avenue and got hung up on twice without them taking my order. I know they are busy ,but I am a good customer that always tips $4-$5,I am very disappointed in the service!
Poor quality control. Our pizzas barely had cheese or sauce and we’re overcooked. Basically like eating cardboard.
Love the pizza and service. But doesn't appear to have a disability parking spot and employee back in pizza making area had mask on chin and coughing into his hand. He was obviously sick and handling orders. We all gotta work, but maybe expect a mask up, cough into arms and still wash hands after in these times.
