This restaurant is barely ever open. When it is, the food is decent, if not a bit overpriced. The chicken is usually good, and the fries are good if they are fresh. My biggest complaint about the food is the white cheese sauce they switched to is really gross. One of my favorite things there used to be the nachos, but since they don’t have the good nacho cheese sauce anymore, that’s not an option. Please bring back the yellow nacho cheese! Would be great if it was open more also!
Was good but they forgot my drink and gave me the wrong sauces.. I had to go up to the front door and get their attention and they took care of me
i love del taco, always have! grew up w a del taco on every corner, it’s my guilty pleasure! but this del taco seems to be randomly closed a lot. i run into them closed during business hours more than half the time? i was trying to grab something on my way home today but again w the dumpster in the drive thru and all the lights off! such a bummer i need my crinkle cut fries man!

Always love Del Taco the food isn't the issue nor the lack of employees due to covid and employees shortage. Lack of communication is what the issue is here. Never had a final paycheck written out on a personal bank check. Was very hard to cash without having a bank account. Also the fact was not told that they were going to mail final paycheck to me was never told that payday comes around no check just a check stub. 2 days later was able to cash my final check. Maybe this review is for the franchise owner and hr department. Kinda dropped the ball
For years, I have stopped here for good burritos and fries. The last year, I only stop if I’m desperate, because the food quality is so poor. Now, I won’t be back for a while. More than half of the food I order is gross and inedible or has meat when I specifically order vegetarian food. Service is fine, food is an actual waste of money, considering I have to throw it in the garbage. Refunds require a return trip to the store, inconvenient to say the least.
Pay Attention when I ORDER instead of goofing off...then I WILL NOT YELL my 3rd time REPEATING my ORDER. Damn Good Tacos n Soft Drinks...JUST NEED RESPONSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NOT RETURN

I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed because at the Del in Bend Oregon it was supposed to be closing at 8:00 pm on Wednesday September 29 and we arrived to the restaurant at 7:21 and they were closed with no explanation. They were inside but the drive thru had the dumpster in the drive thru.
