Embarrassingly unprofessional, will not be returning until they find some staff that can provide basic communication and maybe avoid being rude to the customers.6/01/22 7:10 pm. Lobby closed at 7 due to staffing, drive through closes some time after that... which is apparently up for interpretation, since an employee walked in between two cars in line and placed a closed sign in front of them, then walked back into the building without engaging multiple customer questions. We were in line for 20 minutes before we got to the order board, then the computer went down mid order with no apparent knowledge in the building on how to correct the issue.
The kids closing the shop gave me the wrong chicken sandwich, and it was burnt. I guess they rightly figured they were going to close before I could come back to complain.
Who doesn't love DQ ice cream treats!? Reduced hours so plan your cravings accordingly ?
I realize there are staffing shortages everywhere, but this DQ is never open until their close time. I have tried to visit maybe 5 times (and make sure to check their hours online and on their door), about 20-30 minutes before they close, and they block the drive-through with signs saying closed every time. Adjust your open hours if you can’t be open that long.
Certainly not what it used be. Prices are outrageous for what you get. Now they don't even have prices posted at one location when you order you don't know how much anything is until your finished.What you thought might be an $8.00 turns out to be $15 what kind of sales tactic is that. I won't be returning any time soon.
You would think that with all your higher than should be wages, you would start being more diligent with your guys/gals work ethics. But nonetheless still can't give the correct order.
Trim bushes along the drive-thru! Shouldnt have to scratch the mirror on my truck to get lunch! I know many people who don't come here just because of that.

It's hard to be mean to restaurants right now because I do recognize the extreme short of staff places are having but this place is very, very overpriced! It cost us $50 for 2 adults and one child last night! I thought I could save money by purchasing a deal but apparently it doesn't work that way here. Hey Dairy Queen Owner! That's not even a real address!! I'm not opening that nor do I suggest anyone else open it either!! ?
