Really great when you get there at 7:45 and sit in the drive thru line for 18 minutes just to be told at the speaker that they're now closed. Especially when the website says they are open until 9. Maybe find a way to let people know you're not going to serve them after they spend a lengthy period of time waiting for your slow service? Absolute garbage.
My banana split was very messy on outside of dish sloppily made tasted good but sure made a mess on me when I got it open. They need to take more care in product

This Dairy Queen is usually pretty good with most thing. Everyone is friendly. The food is good.The only problem is they forget the sauce/grave like 75% of the time for me. It's not a huge thing but... who wants a chicken strip with no sauce.Their Sauced up BBQ strips are the same way. They never use enough sauce to actually cover the strips. It's kind of disappointing to pay extra for a half sauced chicken stripThose problems are pretty consistent for me here. Everything else is good as far as I'm concerned. The drive thru is still fairly quick even in the time of the covid
The fries were soggy and there was barely any of it with my chicken strips.
Online it says they offer curbside and in store pickup but instore and curbside are closed. Hello cold food.
Tried to enter the restaurant to purchase a cake called the place 3 times due to phone being ignored due to headphones in the ears of employees while standing outside in the snow while employees sat there and looked at me several times. The lobby is closed due to weather and staffing issues yet no sign on door stating the issue..DQ you turned a bad day into a worse one. Thank you employees for not doing a job you are being paid to do
If they make everything to order why is everything always cold. Why would you need microwaves? I would suggest also changing to Heinz ketchup.
Opens right at 12 and they won't take your order 1 minute before. Might as well not even open. People don't have time to get lunch when you they aren't even ready at 12. Just close your business and let someone else do it.
