The food isn’t the worst tasting, however it’s always cold when I pick up my order, and never accurate. They seem to be out of the sofritas 99% of the time, and when I do get it, there is usually meat mixed in. Not only that, but when they’re out they don’t make note of it on the order, and literally replace it with chicken or some other meat, which is not an alternative for someone who is veg.Everytime I order food in advance, it seems it’s never ready by the “promised” time. This isn’t a big deal really, because I know you can get busy. However, when they are running late with an online order, they seem to prioritize dine in customers’ orders first, which doesn’t seem fair to customers who have already paid.My biggest complaint though, is the service. The employees make it seem like business is a huge inconvenience to them, and are often extremely rude. There are a few guys who work here who are actually personable, and no offense to the ladies, but they’re all super rude at this location. I will not eat here again.

Extremely salty: black beans or chicken. Complained about my $10 burrito being so salty and got a blank look. Could not eat it, and I like salty fries. I wish they had at least acknowledged that they would check it out but they didn’t. Waste of money. Husbands burrito bowl also had black beans and chicken and he agreed. Probably not coming back OR just will request a sample of the meat and beans before buying next time.

This was my first time going to Chipotle Mexican Grill and I had a great time. The staff were so nice and they gave me a great experience! Definitely coming back here when I’m in town!

Guy at the counter that made my burrito was rude. Four people in the back changing dishes and refilling items but only one guy making burritos. Seems to me someone that was just washing dishes could come over and help make customers orders when it’s busy but I guess not. Wasn’t impressed for my first time there seems a little over priced for what you get 250 for a little dab of guacamole after charging me $8.70 for the burrito already. Sadly won’t go back to this location at least

This might be the worst Chipotle location of all.VERY light portions and a heavy dose of feeling like you are an inconvenience to all employees the minute you walk in the door.I am 100% sure I will never visit this location (3rd street in Bend) again, and will be reluctant to go to any Chipotle just in case this is the new standard for the chain.

They turned away a man and wouldn’t serve him because he wasn’t wearing a mask. Literally made him leave and wouldn’t let him buy anything. Claiming it was corporate policy. The girl was really rude.If they are going to require masks, they need to supply them. Also their food is gmo and isn’t that great.P.S. masks don’t work.

The staff with short hair was very unfriendly as they couldn't hear me, so I had to speak louder per their request. Then she then yelled at me threatening to not serve me. She should not be customer facing as I've never had this bad an experience at chipotle.

There’s 12 ppl working and I’ve waited 15 mins and they haven’t started my order…saying they’re short staffed. What a joke.

Food is good but the experience was just ok. We went at 6pm on a Monday and they were already running out of options -- guac was gone, brisket was gone, white rice was gone. It's not posted anywhere so you don't know until you are at the front of the line. It just makes for a poor customer experience.

I’ll update my review if they ever go back and have a better experience, but it’ll take someone else suggesting and paying for me to go back here, I think.I ordered online, scheduled my order 15-20 minutes ahead of time. When I showed up, it wasn’t ready yet. No big deal, places get busy. But I noticed while waiting that there were 5-6 employees and most of them were standing around. The person prepping the togo orders was moving at a snails pace. Maybe they were new, idk.The drinks I ordered were unavailable, so that’s a bummer, but still, a minor inconvenience and I understand how restaurants work.But. My burrito innards were cold. That’s an XL bummer. On top of that, it was SALTY. Like, Pacific Ocean salty. Super gross and I wasted most of my food because it was so incredibly salty.Overall, I wasted my money. Wasted my time. Wasted food. I don’t recommend this location. I wish I had read reviews before placing my order.
