Maybe back in the day this place use to be good. But over the last couple years with the new change of owners, this place is absolutely disgusting. It just fells like your walking right into a stinky grease trap. All the tables and condiment bottles are always to nasty to touch, I’m not gonna even start with the bathrooms. Half the dining lounge has turned into storage. I believe the only reason the stay open is so they can make money of the tweakers gambling in the back. It’s also not an open display buffet case now, so you don’t really know how fresh the food is your getting. Just the smell in the air was enough for me to never come back. Please remolded and upgrade your business for the well being of this town and your neighbors, if not at least for your customers
I order Fried Shrimp, Mushroom Chicken and Rice. Uber eats delivered it and They did not give me a receipt. The food was so bad that I couldn't eat it. I went down to the restaurant and gave them the food back. I told them it was so bad I couldn't eat it and they just looked at me and said take it up with Uber eats. They didn't offer to make me something else...nothing. Don't eat here the food is awful and so is the service. Thumbs down!!!
The portion is larger than other Chinese fast food. Food tastes not bad. Just feels it is too salty for the garlic chicken with green bean. Do not recommend it. The order also comes with a little soup, which tastes not bad! The service is fine.The only thing that makes me feel uncomfortable is the cooker grabbed the ingredients with his bare hands. He didn’t wear gloves when touching the food. Cleanness could be better.$11.5 for a dinner combo, which is okay.
Excellent quality with large portions of fresh ingredients.
For takeout Chinese you can't beat this place in Bend. The value is in matched, so much good food for the money.
I have been coming here for YEARS. Love the people and the food ! They always hook people up with extra food so it’s bang for your buck ! Tasty not overly salty and the soup is great ! I never ever have gotten sick from this place unlike other restaurants in town ! What I’d consider my comfort food !
If its not sitting there fresh, just ask, and he will make it fresh. Great food.
It's been a while since I have eaten here, and I remember why now. Everyone has a favorite Chinese restaurant that they compare to and this one isn't even close. I picked this location for the quick service in the past (5 min), but even though the restaurant was empty when I arrived, it still took 30 mins or more to get my meal. I think the pandemic has taken it's toll on this location and they are struggling unfortunately.
Food was good and they gave me so much that I had a second meal.
Despite having accidentally gave me rice then giving me noodles on the side(only reason for one star) the food was awful. It was so salty, probably to cover up for the awful tasting poultry and sauce; and much of my chicken was not cooked all the way. The noodles were soggy and just gross, tasted very cheap and over done. The sweet and sour chicken was doughy on the inside but hard as a rock on the outside. I definitely should have stuck with Panda Express.
