After all the big press conferences for this company to tout that they help those in need, the homeless communities the food banks and the soup kitchens I ran out of food stamps and have a hard time standing up for very long so I can't hold a sign so I went into this store and ask them if they could help me out with a little bit of food and the manager all but laughed at me. Great customer service and great upholding to the company standards I hope none of you ever get hungry.
First time I've had unpleasant service at Chick-fil-A. And the restroom was disgusting, paper towels everywhere, dirty mirrors and floors, and only one sink working with a board on top of it. The training employee didn't have very good customer service skills and was unhelpful when asked to try a sip of the cold brew to make sure we liked it, and said "honestly I don't know where it is.". The exterior looked decent and the drinks came out quickly.
Chil Fil A always has great tasting food . Long drive they lines always . Long line inside . Big lobby with plenty of seating .
Best fried chicken ever. And the Chick-fil-A sauce is to die for. Don’t get me started on the waffle fries. I always have to stop by when I’m in town.
They need to get rid of mobile order line and serve real time customers. Mobile should just go in normal linevor pull up for pick up. Volume doesn't justify three people standing around to order. Especially when card readers can't even take payment.
My family and I love Chick-fil-A, they're always quick to get us through the line no matter how many people are there. Our order is always hot, fresh and correct to the T, prices are fair, food is amazing, staff is always super nice. 10/10
I freaking love this chick-fil-a, my husband and I met up for dinner here after driving from different towns. We were sitting alone in the corner, enjoying our meal when the manager, Joel, came up to us and starting talking to us. He made sure our experience was nothing short of excellent! What a nice genuine guy! Thank you Joel!
Food here is run-of-the-mill yucky. Tried them 3 times and now I'm out. Not worth what they charge. You can taste the outrageous amount of SALT they put in everything, attempting to give this swill flavor.
I appreciate the nice young people. But, both times I visited they seemed to be confused about simple requests and getting the (simple) orders right. The food wasn't good. I only had a drink the first time (simple request: no ice. I got ice. The young lady seemed confused and unsure how to fix the issue...really?) The second time I received a sandwich that was overcooked, oily, and tasted like the frying oil needed to be changed. I wonder if it had been there awhile. Not on my list of "must return again" places.
I truly don’t understand how 1. every Chick-Fil-A in every state I’ve been to has the absolute worst location as far as space goes and they always have a line blocking every single business in the lot they pick? 2. How can you be so so horribly slow every time I come but you have 15 employees and a double line you now block 1 lane on for mobile orders when I’ve never seen a mobile order use the lane and they just pull up and walk in instead. This one in Bend makes my family and I avoid all others we see because I leave this one with a headache every time. STOP building these obviously super busy restaurants in the smallest complex in town.
