Normally enjoy the service here, however today 5.11.2022 at around 1:15pm, we were met with the most unfriendly lady at the window. They gave us our food, and then just sat staring at us. She finally said are you going to move on? We let her know we had ordered a shake in addition to the soda, but the lady yelled at us that we didn't. She eventually went and got our drink, rolling her eyes the whole way. I understand having a bad day, and we apologized that she was, but she only rolled her eyes again and slammed the window shut. Customer service is a pain and lots of people are rude, and normally we're far more forgiving, but this was just belittling and cruel.
Tends to be really skimpy on their sauces on their sandwiches here compared to stores in the valley and elsewhere. Would be really good, but never enough sauce to have enough flavor, even when the rest is really fresh.
Leave it to Omicron...Our visit was not pleasing. I count on Carl's to be the best day food for the buck. First, and not blaming Carl's, but inside dining was closed for what I'm assuming was limited staff.But the food was really disappointing. But chicken sandwich; so overdone that it was hard to eat. Western bacon... You can't screw that up, right? It wasn't even a real Carl's burger patty inside. And very little BBQ sauce. We asked for ranch twice. No ranch in the bags. Crosscuts had no salt or seasoning whatsoever.It was a shame how underwhelming this visit was.
Carl's is really the only fast chain hamburger I seek out. I like their mixture of offerings and like their hamburgers the most. Also, good consistency among its stores.
Worst experience ever at Carl's Jr. sat at the speaker for a good 4 - 5 minutes without being greeted. Finally said, "hello???" and got a flip "yeah, order whenever you're ready" like I was the idiot. Placed my order... no response... pulled up to the window, girl opens it, takes my card processes my payment, hands it back without saying anything, hands my order to me, still nothing, in spite of my kind words to her. Get home open my order... NOT what I ordered. Disappointing to say the least.
Employees always yelling at each other. Not going here anymore after getting served RAW chicken tenders AGAIN. They were bleeding orange and pink. Disgusting. Food safety here is bad
Got my order wrong TWICE Fries and burgers were ice cold. I’d have been visibly angry but the 3 crew members looked really upset and the one person working cashier was left alone to suffer through against WAY too many customers, so both times I drove through combined took 40 minutes.BTW i never got my correct order. It just wasn’t worth it with how long everything was taking so I never got my food and didn’t get to eat lunch.I have a Mayo allergy and the 2 wrong orders were both items with Mayo and not even the right items and they forgot the fries both times.Never again coming here. Whoever runs this place is a clown.
Simply put,best burger and best value. My mouth waters just to think about there burgers. Don't eat out often,so when I do Carl's is our pick!
This is the first time I ever felt uncomfortable at fast food. Some hefty grown man on staff was screaming and cursing and stormed out. After several bad experiences here I’m NEVER going again. This place makes my family feel unsafe and made my kids uncomfortable for the rest of the day. The profanity was something else.
Our burgers was very tasty. My husband had the Chipotle burger with bacon and avocado he enjoyed. I had the super star wonderful.
