Wow ! Pure Gold.Lobby super clean! bathroom super clean !Service was excellent .I had the Gold Digger chicken sandy meal.That sandwich is the bomb.Way way better then chic filet.The fries we’re hot and good.Diet Coke was excellent.Super place.
Not a real fan of this particular Carl's jr. I have been going here on and off for the better part of 20 years. Pricing here for food is out of line with most other fast food restaurants in the area. A basic hamburger Called a big hamburger is now $5. It consists of a bun, a patty, mustard and ketchup, onion and pickle and is fairly unsubstantial. The service was okay they're not what I would consider friendly or engaging. It was a person doing their job and nothing more.
Great option for Vegan fast-food! I had been on the road for 12 hours, and I needed a quick bite. The beyond burger was good, fries were good, all was good! The service, however, was GREAT!The sales associate keenly picked up on me being Vegan without me telling them. I dropped the cheese on the burger, and he intuitively asked if I wanted to drop the Mayo also! Awesome attention to detail. I was waiting, and they asked if I wanted to sit down, and they would bring my food out.Not only did they have amazing customer service skills, I got to listen to an articulate discussion about the finer points of being entrepreneur, which was informative and entertaining. All-in-all, and awesome dinner experience, nice work!
I never had a problem to get my food from this branch until today. But, these 2 employees made a huge mistake, tonight. If they don't fix their problem, I would fight further..The guy was working tonight, made 2 mistakes: 1 wrong information about opening the lobby, and 1 wrong order of mine.The girl was working there tonigh around 8:30 made his mistakes worse! She said that I can not come back..why? Because of your coworker's mistake?? Who said sorry to me, tonight?My dashcam recorded all.I really need to talk to some one about it. I might have to go back to talk to their branch manager tomorrow, if I have enough time..
Today I ordered a rather large order from this location on uber eats. When the order arrived I was given less than half of what I ordered and what I did recieve was very poor quality. One of the items I did recieve (kinda) was a 9 piece poppers. When I opened the box there were only 5 and 3 of them were literally just empty bread shells. So naturally I indicated on the uber app that my order was wrong and the app gave me the option to contact the vendor. So I called them and the manager I spoke to was very understanding and told me that he would give me a full refund if I came to the store and he took my name down. Shortly after the call I drove down there and the manager I was met with was a different manager and for a small description this man had an s shaped green or blue tattoo on his right forearm among other tattoos. He very rudly told me he was given a brief description of what was going on and there was nothing he could do for me and closed the window and walked away. I like to think I'm a pretty understanding person. If he had shown any professionalism at all I would have probably just let it go but to be talked to like that was degrading and completely disrespectful I personally will not be taking my business back to this location.
Absolutely horrible absolutely horrible customer serviceI ordered from DoorDash they said my order was ready DoorDash came to pick it up they made them wait in the drive-through line never go to Carl’s junior or DoorDash from them DoorDash is great sides Carl’s Jr.
My chicken sandwich didn't taste good. My fries tasted like old fry oil.
Carl's Jr is my standard for fast food hamburgers. I haven't had an overly bad experience, other than forgetting to give me some dipping sauces I have asked for. I still recommend Carl's Jr over any other hamburger fast food restaurant.

One of the most consistent fast food places in Central Oregon where you don't have to wait in line too long for fresh food. Their promotional deals are great & if you're a local they offer great coupons via the mail. Our favorites are their hamburgers, beyond burgers & chicken sandwiches in various flavors. The fried zucchini is excellent for fast food.
