notoriously long drive thru wait times + lobby is often closed despite hours listing otherwise, drivers often see returning their bags with missing food or misplaced food & the customer service here feels a bit rude & hasty. Soda machine in lobby often has issues and when they are opened the floors are often uncleaned. Spend here with caution.
Came for breakfast (5/19 @ 815ish) ordered a sausage and cheese biscuit it was hard. The croissant sandwich was still frozen. The French toast sticks were cold and the hasbrowns were disgusting. The employee working wasn't the best. As much as food costs today y'all need to do a much better job at preparing food. And honestly if you hate your job stop working there.
In line Hour and a half missed the movie food was cold and unedible $30 worth ran out of gas thank God there's a gas station next door got in a fight with my man because we was there so long
I love Burger King always have but this bend location is terrible. Long wait times and the always mess up my order and all I ask for is no cheese. Then in order to get your correct order you need to get back into the drive thru line which takes forever. Also the outside of the building is disgusting I can’t imagine what the inside looks like since nobody’s been able to go inside for 2 years.
I won't add at least 1 star with the kind of service they have I just got out of there and person at the window thru our meals like if we had done something to her wish I could get in contact with someone from corporate to get my money back
I just went through BK and they forgot part of my order. I go online to get the number and no one will answer the phone. And from other comments online this has been going on for a while.
Never ask if I want cheese or not. Told them I want a double whopper with cheese today and I get a dry stale burger with no cheese. Chicken fries were so over cooked they were like hard breadsticks. Definitely give this location a pass
There is only one Burger King in BEND now and everytime I go there I always order my food fresh but ,the Hamburger meat is always cold and I naver get my food fresh anyway I think if you order your food and asked them to cook it fresh it should be the way you order it and I know for myself I do not like cold Hamburgers.
Very very good. Not quite as good as in the 90’s growing up but I still very much enjoy Burger King.
The service was pretty slow but I guess they are low on help
