communication and simple customer service are non existent
Hired Bow Tie to provide catering for my daughters wedding in September, 2021. Communication was difficult from the start (was even told by owner that communicating with me was not part of her job) - and when they did not provide a contracted menu item for the wedding, it went down hill fast. When I tried to communicate about the error, owner was rude and belligerent. I was never offered an apology for the error. Too many other issues to detail - there are other caterers in Bend. If you value customer service and communication, I would suggest you go elsewhere.

The menu was fantastic, the service was impeccable and incredibly safe in the face of a pandemic. Sanda is flexible and a true professional and makes sure that everything is exactly how it should be, all the while bringing unmatched enthusiasm to every meeting. 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We could not have been happier with the food & service provided by Sanda & Gene! The appetizers were out of this world, and the dinner was delicious! I can't wait to have another occasion to use them!
