Food was excellent, friendly great staff. Over all one of the best places we have been to in bend.
The pictures quite honestly don’t do it justice. I ordered the green gator mezcal cocktail which was really well balanced, the crab appetizer that was maybe my favorite part of the meal, and the king salmon for my entree which was also excellent. Every thing was top notch, from the time I walked in until I left. BOSA definitely secured a spot in my top 3 favorite restaurants in Bend.

This was 10/10 experience and meal! Everything was so amazing. We got the calamari appetizer and was so good we ordered two and the home made pasta was chefs kiss. Will definitely be back soon! Also our server was amazing, tall nice man should of got his name very knowledgeable of the menu but all around was amazing experience! Thank you. Tip: make reservations!!!
Awesome date night or special occasion spot. We showed up around 6pm on a Friday without a reservation and they let us know there was a 1-1.5 hour wait. We gave them our number and headed to The Lot for a drink. Maybe about 45 minutes later, we got a text and were promptly seated at the bar. McKenna was a friendly server and gave us the rundown the menu. We each ordered a cocktail - Smokey mezcal one and Lawn Party - and both were fantastic. The focaccia was fantastic with the whipped butter and the mista salad was small but tasty. We got the cacio e pepe and tagliatelle pastas and both were awesome! Not huge portions but that meant we saved room for the tiramisu which was the perfect way to finish off the meal. Great ambience and service, will definitely come back next time we’re in town!

Amazing atmosphere. Nick and Austin gave GREAT service. Nick kept us laughing throughout our evening! Food was delicious. I highly recommend the meatballs as an app! The cacio e pepe was dripping in oil but still tasty. I highly recommend eating here! Tasty cocktails and dessert!

Busy little corner restaurant on Bend's west side. Casual fine dining leans toward Italian style fare with a pop of classic bistro. We followed our servers advice and shared a few plates opposed to ordering seperately. Each were fresh and hot and aesthetically pleasing, however, the cacio de pepe was not properly mounted and dripping with butter. Still delicious. I do recommend adding the black truffle when available (this dish is RICH) Our steak frites was divine! Cooked perfectly and a nice portion. The focaccia was warm and served with whipped butter and felt more like a quick bread, but still delicious. We also ordered warm olives and the serving was enormous! Calamari was a charred perfectly and accompanied with a flavorful, bright warm vegetable salad. The photos speak for themselves... We were treated with a petite dish of the chocolate mousse as a birthday surprise too. Wonderfull! Even though we ordered light, we were both satisfied with the quality and quantity. We both agree that BOSA is a wonderful addition to Bend and so thrilled they are thriving. We have found a new place to dine and are looking forward to trying everything on their well thought menu.
I can barely believe how amazing this place is. Definitely make a reservation. We had the best focaccia of our lives. Any of the pasta dishes are to die for. The chocolate mousse is a favorite of mine and they didn’t disappoint.
