We got a couple #6 combinations , we should have ordered one with an extra plate! Was definitely enough for four or more people! Price seemed a bit steep , but you got to take another meal home with you!
Went yesterday after not going for awhile. We were greeted at the door and seated immediately. The waitress attended our table right away. Our food was delivered within minutes of taking our order. It was very hot and tasty. Didn't need to ask for a to go bag, the waitress was on top of everything. Had enough leftovers for two more meals. Overall very pleased. Thank you
Used to love this place and raved to everyone about it. No service for a good 10 minutes. Prices have gone up, food quality and amount has gone down. BBQ pork was overcooked. Dishes came....ordered GINGER cilantro chicken, ZERO ginger, little cilantro; was room temperature, rice smells and tastes 'interesting'; chicken is tough. Highly disappointing after raving about them for years. Server was like, "?♂️ I don't know " This is the second time it's been not good in the last couple months.
If you are looking for some greasy Chinese after drinking (heavily), the portions at Chan's are great for the money. Otherwise, I don't understand how Chan's is rated so highly. We had just cleaned the bathroom and I can still feel oil between my cheeks. The Hot and Sour soup tasted like sour shouyu soup with mushrooms. Ultimately I am trying to figure out what to do with the remains of our meal. I would give it to the guys loitering around the liquor store but I'm not ready to go to prison yet.
We had the house special combo, which was excellent. There was so much food that we took it to our destination and had it for dinner the next night.
What fabulous chinese food! I ordered a lunch combo of orange chicken plus appetizer bbq pork and dinner size garlic green beans. Plus hot and sour soup. It will feed me for days! Just beware that the menu on the web page is not correct.

Chan's are not only great purveyors of wonderful Chinese and asian food, they are wonderful neighbors and fellow Citizens who have shown adaptability and strength through these trying times and illegal lock downs by the State of Oregon. Now they are open and we are delighted! Always consistent in their quality and great portions, always greet us warmly. We are " Seasoned" Citizens and we always have 3-4 meals worth of their huge portions to take away and enjoy. Welcome back Chan's and Staff, we missed you!!
Just moved into the area,probably the very best Chinese food we've ever eaten. Tasty flavoursom and hot. Complimentary chips. Would highly recommend and will definitely be ordering from here again.
Food quality was poor. Ordered sweet and sour chicken. Chicken was dried out, over cooked. Safeway has better Chinese, and they aren’t good either. Server was unfriendly, looked like we bother her. Over all, if you want average to below average food, this place is for you.
