My burger looks like a sad, broken-down Walmart version compared to these other customers' pics.I got it to go, which may have been a mistake. But I only live like 5m away.There was pretty much no substance to it. Paper thin patty and bun.Fries were both overcooked and soggy.It left me hungry and disappointed.
Where’s the onion? Ring soaked in a side of grease…. Fries ok, burger decent. But would not recommend or have again. Sadly a waste of money
1st time and it wont be the last. Burger smashed to perfection. Beverages tasted real good. Attentive staff. This place is going to do well.Back for a second time. Definitely not disappointed. Staff and management took the time to say hi.
Fantastic place! The burgers are so tasty and their sauces are in house made. The owner talked with us and shared the local sources where they get their meat, lettuce, bread, potatoes. Best burgers, fried onions and French fries. Highly recommend!
Was excited to try it only to be highly disappointed. Burger was poorly made, didn’t have much of any great taste, fries were cold and had no flavor. Wouldn’t recommend or try again.
Best burgers, onion rings, & soft serve in town! Burgers are excellent with solid buns. Onion rings are handed dipped & fried to order and you can taste the difference. Customer service is also top notch. We will for sure be back!!
This burger place is epic. Its the best burger in bend by far. Highly recommended. Their burger specials are always fantastic. The fires and the soft serve are really tasty. The staff is kind and helpful/
Consistently inconsistent, I've had good experiences here and a couple customer service experiences leaving me scratching my head wondering what just happened.This place is busy more because of the hype than the actual product. They use high quality ingredients in a low quality way. The end result is a dry smash burger that needs sauce. Both times I've ordered the special of the day I was reaching for the closest sauce bottle. Their standard burgers (single or double patty) have needed less saucing, for whatever reason.The ambiance is great, it's a beautiful space, and when you walk through the doors you feel like you've been instantly transported to Galveston St.
There's potential here. The burgers we had were very salty and onion rings seemed to be mostly batter and not enough onion. The inside vibe is awesome I will try it again in a few months and see how things are. I think with some minor changes it will be a great burger spot.
Absolutely phenomenal. The new best burger in Bend I would even go to say. They have absolutely crushed the burger game. Every single component of their burgers are seriously amazing. We went on opening day, all of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. This is definitely going to become a regular spot for us.
