Emailed Calvin after he said he could do catering 3 days in a row (starting 6 days in advance since he said he needed at least 3) - NO REPLY to this day. DO NOT count on them for catering!!! Luckily we were able to get Baldy's last minute which saved the party. Calvin is un professional. --- UPDATE - Now Calvin finally responded a week late and said "I was out of the office that entire week building out our location in Sunriver." Apparently you can't get emails when you are all the way out in Sunriver... What a clown!
We had our son’s 6th birthday at Seventh Mountain Resort Ice Skating Rink and Bigfoot BBQ catered the event. Calvin (the owner and chef) was AMAZING to work with. I planned it last minute and he over-delivered. The food was delicious! All the guests were raving about it- even several days later. Our favorite was the brisket, but all of the proteins were delicious. We could tell that everything was home- made. From the sauces to the pickles! I highly recommend Bigfoot BBQ for your next party. Can’t wait to get back to Seventh Mountain Resort for dinner and ice skating!Don’t forget to buy a cute beanie!
The brisket was amazing and tender. All around great bbq. I'm glad they moved into podksi.
Good Barbecue overall! I come here for the Brisket Sandwich which is perfect! Killer pickles. Pulled pork is just okay. Would like to see more heat.
This is a review based on the food truck at The Lot. We had the beef brisket and pork ribs and both were excellent. The OG and Carolina sauces were excellent as well. Did not try the sides, so review based on the above meats. We will be back for sure!
Food was great, but food cart prices are going crazy, and I won't be going back any time soon. Turkey melt, and a drink, without sides was over $14. Like I said, the food was great, but I can't stomach these high prices, I guess I'm brown bagging it for lunch from now on.
Pretty good. Had the pork Verde on fries. Good flavor but could be cranked up a notch or 2.
Extremely helpful customer service. I placed my order online but when I showed up it didn’t come through on their side. They were fully prepared to make it right and a couple minutes later I had my food. Not to mention this is the best barbecue I’ve ever had in Bend.
Brisket is excellent! Cut it with a plastic fork. I'd give 5 stars but the portions are a bit light I believe for the 8oz, $16 brisket. This is why I dont give a 5th star.Customer service tho is SPOT ON.. I'll be back tho and will try something else for sure.
I walked up to the food area at the old mill concerts and I asked them what are tortilla pies were and I belive the owner saidOWNER= SWEET PATATO OR BRISKIT?that's right she hooked it up! ?Soo good I recommend them! Also thank you miss!
