Easily one of the best burgers I've ever had. The fries were spot on. My wife had the steak sandwich and was extremely happy. The portion sizes were giant. At one point my wife knocked her water into my kids fries. Very quickly the staff (maybe manager? Couldn't tell) was at our side to give a hand and even offered to get her new fries. We declined because our party had plenty, but who does things like that? Very nice to experience a well run restaurant that has GREAT food
Not fast food. And that is a compliment. It is good food. My basic hamburger was what a good hamburger should be. Juicy meat on a sturdy bun.
My son and I use to come here a lot but the most recent visit was disappointing. My son got the Bend Burger and it was much smaller than usual. The fries were barely cooked and we had to bake them about 20 minutes before we could eat them. I got the Bond St. Mini double burger and the patties were super thin, overcooked and had way too much salt. Also they no longer have chili or the green beans which were my son's favorites. However, the main reason we will no longer be going back here is because the prices were upped so high. Peace out Bend Burger, it was good run...until it wasn't.
10 out of 10 let's start there!Out of all the place I've ate; LA, San Jose, San Francisco, the whole bay area, Bend Burger Company smoked them all!The burgers were tender and juicy.The sauce served with the fries was immaculate as well as thier ranch.Also the staff was friendly, the restaurant look amazing and clean. If I'm ever back in Bend Oregon and definitely going straight here.
Went on a referral for "best burger" in Bend.Restaurant was clean, staff friendly and attentive.Had the Lava Butte burger with Sweet Potato tots and a fountain drink (Pepsi).Burger was tasty, bun was great, toppings were "right amount of heat", but burger was thin so beef flavor lost.Tots were a hit, portion size for price was acceptable.Local regulars were recognized, and as a 1st timer- felt just as welcome.I would not classify as "the Best Burger", but would go again for fast food.
Could really benefit from a few improvements. We got the broken top burger, the steakhouse sandwich, and the chocolate peanut butter shake.The good:- Service was nice and friendly!- Vegetables on the burger and the bun were very fresh, although the sandwich roll was a bit soggy.- The bacon was cooked just the way I like it.- The blue cheese has a good flavor.The bad:- The patty was very dry (pressed during cooking?) and -extremely- salty.- The fries were soft and not very flavorful. The seasoning was visible to the eye but invisible to the taste. Like a preliminary attempt at air-frying…- The shredded lettuce falls off / everywhere.- The shake was pretty icy, closer to a slushy than a milkshake. I didn’t care for the chunky pieces.Based on the price, flavor, and variety of better nearby alternatives, I’ll be skipping in the future.
Super juicy burgers and tasty onion rings. Excellent fry sauce. However, the best part of the experience was the cut above customer service. The staff came by twice to see how we were doing, and even offered to refill our drinks! Truly a great place, well worth a visit.
