Great food. Amazing fish and chips. Beautiful setting. Excellent service. This is a must visit if you are in Bend. Highly recommend!
You can only sit in the grass area, if you eat from the food and beer carts. You can only get food/drinks fom the inside of the restaurant if you sit inside or outside on the patio. I think they need to be a little more relaxed with those rules. And if you sit outside on the patio, the metal chairs are very uncomfortable, They need to add cushions to them. Besides that dilemma, the appetit appetizers, waitress and beer we had were good. Definitely not on my top 10 places to come back to, in Bend.
Delicious food, lots of drink options to try, friendly staff, and a great patio space near an overlook of the river makes this a delightful place to relax and refuel. The BBQ burger, Cajun tots, and soft pretzel were all excellent!I visited in the summer and they had picnic tables set up along the river next to the patio and live music, too. Highly recommended!
Myself and 3 friends went for dinner and drinks on a Wednesday and it was surprisingly pretty busy. We had beers and cocktails on the lawn while we waited for a table to open up. It was so sunny and nice, and there was live music which made it super rad. Our server was Corina and she killed it. So cool and down to earth, and mega attentive. Solid food, great beer. We will most definitely be back the next time we’re in town and pray we get Corina again. 10/10
As a vegetarian, one often has their order mixed up, a little wrong or completely jacked and so, you kind of come to expect it . Ours was a little wrong. However, a little wrong is always a lot wrong. Ours was the Stout sub Impossible Burger no bacon that despite the waitress being accurate, it ended up with bacon. No biggie, send it back. The waitress came by, we informed and she said "on the House." Seriously, no biggie, literally happens all the time. Atmosphere is great, drink was amazing, no biggie. But then, the GM/Manager/PIC/Owner/Bartender (not sure which or all of the above) came out, apologized for what was apparently his quality control error and again, said meal on the house and a second amazing drink was on him. Wow. Burger came out and it was great! Highly recommend along with the softest pretzel and tastiest fries ever (make sure to order double beer cheese). Thank you for 'making it right' and going above and beyond. Will definitely come back again and again anytime I'm in Bend.
My family and I had a great late lunch at Bend Brewing Co. Very kid friendly, with a good kid menu. My wife and I are both huge IPA fans, and Bend Brewing Co. has a couple of really really good IPAs. We sat outside, had a great shady spot and enjoyed the views of the river.
no seats - but got seats at outside bar. excellent beer with friendly service. our one hour wait for a table was only about 15 minutes, and was sat down outside under a canopy. hour before closing, so still bright, but not hot. food was excellent: preztel, nachos, both ladies had mixed drinks- nicely mixed, fish and chips, fried chicken. all very good. waitress found enough time to joke with us. (short back and forth) this was my second, maybe third time at bbc, first for wife and her friend. food is highly recommended, but it's the atmosphere that really stands out. beer is beer, where i think most of them taste good especially when it's sunny and fairly warm, and greasy food to that needs the palate refreshed.
Bend Brewing. One of the most fun locations in Bend. Normally at least a 4.5 star experience. This is 2 dollars worth of fries from their food service. Psssst. Crux doesn't do that. Just sayin'. Also 13 dollars for that burger???? Nah bro. Next time I go to Bend Burger company first. The beer is good tho!!!
Great outdoor lawn seating by the river! Most of the beers I tried were just ok, but Brain Drain was at least a bit better than the rest
Environment- 20/10Pretzel- 10/10Beer- 7/10Would still give it 5 stars. Loved the outdoor space at this brewery, it butts up to the river and has tons of space to move around without ever feeling crowded. The water does attract the bugs. Good vibe, cool outside lights. Order at the bar for outdoor patrons. Love that it's dog friendly!
