Absolutely my favorite coffee spot in Bend. And it’s not a trip to town unless you stop by Backporch. Friendly staff, minimalist interior and of course— great coffee. Check it out, minutes from downtown and 97.

The coffee and people are wonderful. However, do not go if you are in a rush, as everything takes a long time. I would go 4 stars for that reason, but it would be unfair to the delightful staff. :)
Decent peppermint mocha latte. Friendly staff. Limited parking spots. Just nothing special and a bit on the expensive side.
It's a tie...best coffee and best staff. The drip coffee is always a delicious rotating roast. And one of the best americanos in Bend. Plus, the staff is super friendly and groovy. They not only know their coffee but always seem to find a way to make a human connection and bring a smile. Thanks for the morning sunshine!
Would be nice if the website was updated with their new “temporary” hours. After looking at their website, I walked 3 miles, only to get there at 3.05 pm and the door was locked.

We ordered hot mochas with half the syrup and almond milk, and they were perfect. Smooth and creamy texture and just the right amount of sweetness.
Really great place to get a cup of coffee. Went home with some beans, too!
