I went here a few months ago and was charged for a meal I didn’t get and the food we did get was terrible. Just now I went to look at reviews to see about trying again hoping it was a one off. Looked at the reviews and saw they are still living off the positive reviews of a long time ago. This place is not the same as it used to be. Used to LOVE it. I’ll keep checking to see if reviews get better and try again. Good luck and please try to make improvements.

I'm heart broken that this local gem, and the rad little grandma who ran the place are gone (did she retire or move on? I'll drive anywhere for her cooking). The only thing that is the same is the name. The food isn't even distinguishable as Thai food anymore. All the recipes are entirely different and it's obviously not made from scratch like it once was. ??

I had high hopes for this dinner, but it was unfortunately not a good experience. We ordered the pad Thai (was way too peanut buttery, flavors weren’t very balanced), the yellow curry (very salty and a strange gelatinous consistency) and the fresh rolls (they didn’t have rice wrappers and gave us all the ingredients for them deconstructed in a box??). We got dinner here after seeing a recommendation from our Airbnb host. After trying the food and looking at other reviews we’ve realized that the recommendation was under previous ownership. I hope the new owners can find a way to improve upon their recipes. Wish I had read the other negative reviews before coming.

It kills me to say this but taste of thailand went from the best curry in town to the worst. I've tried multiple times to see it differently and unfortunately nothing has changed. Since under new ownership the food has so much less flavor and spices and for a curry it tastes so bland. I really didn't want to write a review but I want the owners to please change the recipe. It needs to be fixed.

Location is a bit tricky to navigate but it's well worth it, we had the Pad Thai and two BBQ Pork buns and we're really impressed with the quality of ingredients and with how fast we were served. The portion size is great too, one order of pad Thai was enough for the both of us, and we're big eaters. A delicious homemade quality meal for 2 for less than $20-- Definitely going back!p

I've lived in Bend 20 years and they're a longtime go-to for takeout. Good food and great value. I wish COVID hadn't killed the samples, used to be a highlight of any visit, but that's the world we live in. Highly recommended.

Make sure you have hot oil in your to go bag. Without it the food tastes processed and mediocre.

Went there and got a pork bun, wasn’t the best and thought it would be homemade but definitely wasn’t. Went to Costco the next day and seen the same exact pork bun they served me. They charge $3 for one but you can get the box at Costco for 6-7 dollars.Kinda going down hill.Spring rolls are great though.

I loved this place before it changed owners late 2021. The new owner raised prices and cut back on quality and friendliness. I won’t be going back. Unfortunately. I would give 5 stars to the previous owner.

I got punkin curry and fresh rolls. beyond bland. the chicken was in huge chunks, also bland and tough. my stomach is churning after eating. fresh rolls, lettuce didn't taste washed, had a bitter taste. no basil? this used to be my favorite Thai place. I found out a new owner. I say avoid. maybe I will try again in a year. this was a terrible experience.
