First time visitor: Had their 2 classic (per various reviews) noodle dishes - one with the brown sauce, the other, spicy seafood soup. Both were pretty good with good portions of supporting ingredients.Below are a few constructive ideas to make this place a better food experience. (1) The "broth" of the spicy seafood noodle could have been deeper and richer, perhaps using vege or protein based broth. (2) Use peeled shrimp to eliminate the hassle of removing them. (3) Use abalone and not a half of a crab, from similar line of removing cumbersome eating situation. For me Abalone adds deeper taste from past experiences. (4) Serve higher quality yellow radish and table vinegar. As they were, radish seemed dry and wrinkly while the vinegar, too strong and sharp. What made the rating lower than what the main dishes deserve is the ambiance of the place. It was just too noisy, especially when chef was cooking. The ventilation system made noises that competed with and drowned out the soft music. It decreased a bit later, but was still quite loud for us. The root cause may be (1) the kitchen ventillation system was reduced but still noisy and/or (2) the HVAC system is making analogous noises. In either case, both (or whatever the souce) should be repaird. The price is quite hefty compared to those in California of comparable quality and portion. More attention to make this a better experience would be beneficial.

One of the authentic places for Korean-Chinese noodles in the US. Highly recommend.

The food depends on who is making it. It's good sometimes (you can hear the wok in the back), but sometimes the noodles are soggy as if cooked in a frying pan.And the prices are a bit steep.

I came 7:30pm, was told take-out only at that point. Told them I came from out of town and checked the hours before coming. Throughout the conversation, the server was rude and sarcastically apologetic. The policy of "take out only at 7:30pm" should also be posted online, instead of randomly imposing it on previously frequent patrons.

Food was good. We ordered the pork tangsooyuk, stir fried noodles and black bean sauce noodles. After placing the order at the counter we took a seat and water was already on the table. Taste wise it wasn't greasy at all, I found the noodles quite light. I would say noodle portion size is quite large, definitely for sharing. I would order the pork and just one noodle dish for two people next time :)

Wonderfully cooked food. We can taste the very good"wok-hei (flavour of the wok) which indicates authentically cooked asian food. The Chap Chae was very nicely done. Not 100% korean, more like a Korean-Chinese blend with the normal simplification that you find to adapt Asian food to American tastes but overall an excellent choice. Place was filled with Korean speaking customers, which is a good aign.

We had the Pork Jjajangmyeon and the Udon Noodle. The Udon was not as simple as Japanese udon, but it was very tasty with lots of vegetables and tasted almost the same as Nagasaki Chanpon in Japan.? I would definitely like to try other dishes as well.?

Great food and fabulous staff. It is made to order and it tastes delicious. Great place to stop in and sit down to eat!

It is really good!! If you are curious about Korean black bean noodle(Jjajjangmyun), you can try this restaurant!

The staff here is so amazing! The food is epic! Will be back again!
