The 1st time I went here everything was litterly perfect! Today I ordered some boneless wings and fries. The boneless wings were good but the fries weren't cooked all the way and didn't have the seasoning salt sprinkled on them. I would have given them a 5 star but fries are important and I don't wanna have to cook them.

Very mediocre Wingstop. The wings are just *okay* and sometimes are severely lacking sauce. I once had only one side of my wings sauced and it was gross. They are consistently late with orders and more than once I showed up 10 minutes past my estimated ready time only go be met with blank stares. They are also sticklers about extra dipping sauce and will charge a premium for it if you ask in the restaurant. However, I keep going in spite of myself so they must be doing something right.

Today I had very good experience. I am very thankful because they have chanced employees and this location got better.. They were very kind and cared . Paying attention to each customer and made perfect timing! I am very happy because I used to hesitate to go this location before today. Now you guys on my list again ☺️

Good wings, Korean BBQ is the best, with decent pricing.

Awesome place! Better prices than BWW. Only downside was that their card reader not the receipt don’t have the option for offering tips. Staff deserve it for sure

JOE'EL (assistant GM) and the team will be the reason my family will come back often to this location! When a DoorDash error caused our food delivery to be over an hour late, we called and asked to come in to pickup our order. Since the food had been sitting a while, I offered to pay (again) for another order and figured I'd message DoorDash for a possible refund. Joe'El (sorry if I'm not spelling it right) went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and my family. He refired the order, arranged for our DoorDash order to be cancelled, and even helped me get my family settled to sit and eat. He came out several times to apologize and check on us. We didn't expect that level of kindness and service. That man knows service recovery and didn't want a chance of us being frustrated. You can tell he is an amazing employee but also a truly good soul. We've always had great service (and excellent food) from this location, but we had no idea there was this diamond in the rough. I hope Joe'El sees this and knows how much we appreciated him. When we left, we pointed him out to our young boys and said, "boys, that right there is a truly good person."

I’ve been in the restaurant industry for over 10 yrs. I definitely have seen the challenges and the most recent ones, as well. This location is very clean, staff is welcoming and patient. If everyone could work in this business a month, especially during this time, I think they’d appreciate how hard the staff works. Keep up the good work, all of you!

Yesterday I waited 45 minutes for an order that should have been ready when I arrived according to the app. I find it completely unprofessional that they didn't have the decency to tell me I would wait that long. What bothers me the most is that they told me that it would be ready in 10 minutes and then they asked me what the order was since apparently they lost the order, they even served other customers before me because they were walk-in. they definitely lost a customer.

I’m so disappointed today with wing stop that, that I waited my whole 25 min for my food to arrive I have ordered first, the guys behind me got his food right away when I asked the lady what happen to mine she still had me wait other 7 min I had to back to work the fires where way to salty she was charging me .50 for ranch and only gave me 4 ketchup and they didn’t even apologize to me that my food had arrived late

The order was ready on time, but the wings barely had any sauce. They were definitely rushed through the process due to the employees being hammered with orders and not having enough help. However, this is not the first time the food has come out to a lesser standard than other Wingstop locations I've been to. This location is very hit or miss with how much sauce you get or if the wings are fully covered. I've been to this location about 8 times, and 3 times the wings were fully covered.I will say that the people working are always doing their jobs, and always on task while I've been there, I genuinely just think they need more help to upkeep the standard they are capable of. The employees always provide polite and prompt service.I understand pandemic workforce issues is commonplace, but national franchises shouldn't lack the budget to give their employees enough teammates to function properly. I will continue to visit this location because the food has never been bad, it just infrequently meets the Wingstop standard of excellence I've grown used to in prior years.Ps, these were the saucy sides :)
