In a quiet corner of the Safeway shopping center is this little gem. The craft brews rotate on a regular basis so at some point you’ll be able to try that beer you’ve been eyeballing but have yet to purchase. Extremely dog friendly both inside and out as they don’t serve food but encourage you to bring food in. They have an agreement with Joe’s burger down the way to deliver if you want some really good burgers and fries.
Cute little tap house..nicely located in the Murrayhill shopping center..plenty of tap beers to choose from. They don't serve food, but bar snacks. I'm giving it a 3 star because the bartender wasn't very engaged and appeared to not be interested in being there. The beer that I received had things floating in it which was a turn-off. When I asked about it, I felt as the bartender didn't really care and said the particles were from the keg...I have ordered PLENTY of tap beers and not had things floating in it. It would have been ok if he was more understanding of my concern, but felt like I put him out just asking the question..

He just didn’t seem that interested about the beers to be honest.
Its a quiet cozy place to hangout. I really like it in there. My husband and I don't even drink alcohol, but we loved the atmosphere.
Can always find a beer that I like on tap at White Oak Taphouse. Sometimes they may have too many hazy IPAs on but other than that, a solid tap list.

White Oak is one of the Portland area's best taphouses. From the moment you walk into the taphouse you are greeted with a unique atmosphere. The entire taphouse is decorated and furnished using wood from the same white oak tree. This design choice looks amazing and makes the interior of the taphouse feel comfortable and welcoming. There is a diverse list of beers on tap including lagers, ciders, IPAs, stouts, and more. White Oak tries to replace spent taps with similar types of beer so there's always something on tap for all tastes and preferences. The best part, by far, is the amazing customer service that you'll receive while visiting here. All of White Oak's employees are wonderful, kind people who provide an excellent customer experience. This taphouse is dog friendly, and they even have treats for your pup behind the bar if you ask for them. They also have snacks like popcorn and jerky that you can purchase, or you can bring your own food to eat while you drink. A few more pros of White Oak include: board games, clean bathrooms, and outdoor seating with heaters. This is my favorite tap house in the area by far. Fantastic selection of beers with several rotating taps. The interior is comfortable and designed for both small or large parties.But by far my favorite part is Adam, he’s a bartender here. You’ll never meet a more friendly guy. He’s knowledgeable about the beers he’s serving up and he’s a great guy to chat with. He’ll make you feel welcome and well taken care of.White Oak is awesome.Come for the beers, stay for the amazing service!
This place is great! The vibe is very cool, the bar and tables are all made from the lumber of one white oak (hence the name).The owner is a great guy, easy to talk with and has great suggestions for anyone new to the beer scene.My personal favorite is the Bearded Beer Angel ( aka: Mr. Adam), he has a great personality, easy to chat with and will make sure you have a great time, all around all-star! Do yourself a favor and check this place out, you won’t be disappointed.
They do a great job of regualrly rotating in new, delicious beers. There's always something good on tap, no matter which style I'm in the mood for that day. The establishment is clean and the bartenders are always friendly. Lots of good food options nearby as well. ??
