Dining room is closed until further notice
Twice this month, both times quick thru the line and great meal. The spicy nuggets are not to spicy to enjoy them. I loved the Baconator with frys on it.
Placed a mobile order around lunch time. Drove to pickup and the doors were locked. No signs on them either. Tried to call and nobody would answer. The drive thru was packed and I didn’t have time to wait, so I turned around and went home. Filed a complaint with corporate ?
My sandwich was great, but the fries have not been good at all lately and I gave it 3 tries. I'm pretty much done with their fries at this location. The fries were very dark and so hard and just couldn't eat them, also I have been given regular soda many times when I always order Diet and I am a diabetic. Also the workers are rude at this location and I haven't said anything to them about their food nor have I been rude to them.
Love this location the staff here now are amazing!! Always hot fresh and tasty food!! Tonight order was less than 3 minutes all way and done and out! They know how to run a good Wendy’s!! Love it. If in area y’all check this location out. .- Rikki
My family loves them. The order accuracy seems to have very much improved over the last year or so. And I say that having pretty complicated orders when we go in.
Burgers were good. The fries were cold (and that's concidering we ate them immediately) and the soda was at least half ice if not more.
Not open for indoor dining or counter orders. As such they location has very long drive through lines and waits. Use the one off 185th before walker instead.
This review is 100% for the Hispanic woman working early Monday Dec.6th. Ma'am you are the best! You have EXCELLENT customer service and made great food. I came through the drive-thru, when I got up to the window I noticed you were the only one working in the entire restaurant.. I asked you if you were alone you said yes. Well Wendy's, myself, and all the other customers that came through that morning until you got some relief owe you a debt of gratitude for even opening the store! Thank you for showing up, doing your job and doing it very well. You deserve a raise! I was wishing I had some cash to give you a tip but hopefully you will notice this review and maybe your boss will too. I don't think too many lazy young kids working at a Wendy's would be even bother to open up by themselves they would probably just sit in their cars, and whine on social media until a full crew of employees showed up. You are awesome I hope somebody reads you this review and you have a wonderful and happy holiday season. Workers like you are hard to find. This is a great Wendy's location and I'm glad it was open. The customer service was less than desirable. I asked for my drink with no ice and as I look into my bag to check the sauce they gave me one sweet and sour and three catch up for a 10-piece nugget and fries. I don't understand being standoffish or rude to customers as well I do not believe that you get paid in sauce packets some extra maybe just give them some
