So this past Saturday I was celebrating my birthday and decided to treat myself to my all time favorite sandwich.I arrived with my gf and as soon as possible I let her know that I'd like the free birthday sandwich a #9 with everything and whatever she's having. I asked about the sandwich prior to ordering and was tilde it would be taken off at the end.Sandwiches made I'm then told $31 and change my gf said you didn't ask for his membership input fur the free bday meal,I was then told nope it's not there she wouldn't have even tried if my gf didn't point it out.I drive over an hour because I love the food/ personal nostalgia of togos, I tip well and unfortunately won't be going back at least to this location.YOU COULD HAVE DONE BETTER.
Great pastrami sandwich when I went there in 1979 in San Jose, and still good sandwiches right here in Beaverton and friendly staff
I usuall1y love this place but this time the girl kept arguing with me about what I ordered. I said California club and she says I said # 31. I didn't even say a number I said the sandwich name. Then she kept arguing over and over again. Unacceptable behavior from an employee in customer service. Very poor service this time. Probably not coming back. ?in addition I get home to eat the sandwich and there was no cheese or mayo or mustard. Will no longer come here nor will my business order lunch here anymore. Poor customer service is an epidemic right now and I am done with it. I will bad talk this place on every social media outlet. Have a nice day!
I've never had a bad sandwich here. If you are craving a sandwich, go here, you won't be disappointed.
If you are looking for the best hot pastrami sandwich..this is the place. There is no other sub shops that has anything close to this kind of sandwich. Full of flavor and the amount you get is well worth it. Was going to take a picture but I just couldn't put down the sandwich long enough.
Always awesome all the time. I went to college at San Jose State. The original TOGO'S was right across the street from one of my classes. That would of been in 1972. Yeah 50 years of Number 9's...Pastrami... it's the best!
Chris gave me awesome service, I was in a bit of a rush since my delivery from another place got canceled and I had a hungry team at work waiting for food and Chris was quick, friendly and honestly just awesome, great first experience for all of us and would 100 percent recommend to anyone. Keep people like Chris happy and around and he'll do you great! Y
Amazing sandwiches, a little more expensive than subway but you get a lot of meat and high quality products for your money!
