We e been here a couple of times to grab a quick beer. The selection has always been a mix of west coast brewers, which is nice not having the same old beers everyone else is serving. Mixed drinks look delicious.
Some of the most innovative, delicious cocktails I've ever had, hands down, anywhere. They have a great beer and spirit selection, but it's the cocktails that keep me coming back and they're very reasonably priced. The food is also great and very reasonable. Very laid-back vibe with a vast game collection. All of the servers/bartenders are super cool and attentive even when it's busy. Outdoor seating for the nice months with beefy heaters for the less nice ones. This place is epic.
Great cocktail options and they were all yummy. Laid back atmosphere. When we went in, there was short on staffing, so we had to order at the bar. I didn't have issue with that. Staff was friendly and the wait for the food was decent even at short staffing. I recommend this place.
such a cute spot!! it was pretty busy on a Friday night but service was fast and the place wasn't too loud to have a conversation. the pulled pork nachos were beyond bar food for sure. tap menu is pretty extensive too. classy place in a suburb where it's hard to find much other than sports bars. highly recommended :)
Great service, great food, friendliest vibes around. Staff will make sure patrons are taken care of and will help newcomers out with drink and food choices without pressure.
Great selection of taps. Menu is a bit small, but the food we had was very good. Outside area is nice for when the weather cooperates. Order line can get a long. TVs seem to be damaged, so probably not the place for sports.
Nachos were loaded and tasty! The Whiskey Wednesday was pretty packed because it was Pappy Van Winkle night, but cleared out fairly quickly once they ran out. Bar tenders were pretty nice and got the food out quickly.The Hot Sipping Chocolate is good and strong. And the Togo Love Spell drink was a hit for another member of our party.Will be back.
I think my next company retreat is in Portland and I absolutely can't wait to hit the 649. The owners are incredible, the menu is amazing, and I'm salivating for some of their food with one of their tap beers. Will add a 6th star once I can actually make it this fall! The responses on the 1 star reviews just seal the deal! Black lives matter!
