I have eaten at the Thai Bloom restaurant many times which is right near my office. I decided to try the food cart because it looked less busy at lunch time. I ordered the drunken noodles. They were mushy and had no flavor. The side salad was good, but I wasn't able to eat my noodles. Im disappointed, and hungry.
I love the Cedar Hills and NW 23 rd locations. We love the drunken noodles at Thai Bloom. We tried them at the food cart on Wednesday. Noodles were a bit stickier than usual. We didn’t eat much of our two orders. Portions were huge! Service was with a friendly smile.I go to Thai Bloom probably 20 or so times a year and everyone I take there is always so impressed with the consistent food quality and service. Even the most discerning diners rave about the food and service. It’s summer and why not dine on the best Thai food around al fresco. All locations have outside seating areas.
Ordered the pad see ew extra spicy and it wasn’t spicy at all. So extremely salty I couldn’t finish it :(
Two things about this place The food is overpriced for food cart standards and the flavor is very underdeveloped. I suggest going to E-San food cart.
Unfortunately, there are people walking around here without masks. October 2, 2020
Pad se ew was good, I really liked the veggie spring roll as well. 3 stars because you have to grab your cutlery from a public box, kindof gross COVID or not
Really terrible service. Order was misdelivered so i called them at 1:30 pm and they did not respond. Their very own messaging system says they are open until 2 at the earliest, but on that day they were open until 6. Really shoddy business.

Big long ol hair in my Pad Thai - was excited to try it as soon as I got home. Flavors pretty bland before my discovery. Will try it again maybe.
Thai Bloom's foid cart is my favorite. The people are super friendly and the food is fresh amd delicious. I love both of their restaurants also!
