Hot Pot Taiwanese Soup

generous portions of healthy fare...delicious too

I usually get Szechuan premium and it’s so good. The waitress is very nice and friendly. I like to dine in more because noodles get very soggy when I order Togo

What's better than a "hot pot" of hot pot after work in a cold evening? Nothing!Favorite is the Thai hotpot (I believe they put galanga in it?) Tastes even better if you add PARMASSEAN cheese in them. My wife's favorite was the Tawainese Hotpot and she would always eat it with the fried stinky tofu. 50 bucks for 2 people every time, not bad!

Our first time here today and soup was great! Menu is easy to read and choices are simple, although make sure you read the descriptions cause there may be some stuff in there you may not want. The pic is the Lamb and the Beef soup. The beef is the one with the corn cob in it.

We decided to try this place because "Happy Lamb hot pot" was closed and they were nearby. The place is small but has a nice decor and very clean. Unfortunately, due to the size of the establishment, it is very packed seating and you should expect to be on a wait list if you're coming for dinner. The ordering process is easy, they have a tablet you can choose your desired food from. Unlike hotpot where you cook things yourself, you pick a bowl with predetermined ingredients, choose between "original" or "thai" broth, choose a spice level, and that's it. We opted for the lobster seafood "very spicy" original broth. They came in metal bowls with a portable heating foundation to keep your soup hot which was a nice touch. Now the food itself, while fresh, was pretty lacking. While they did give us a small lobster tail, there was hardly much seafood and majority of it was vegetables. The menu described a large variety of seafood ingredients but in reality we got a whopping singular piece of each which was disappointing. That aside, the broth itself was bland and not at all spicy. The meal itself comes accompanied by your choice of vermicelli noodles or rice and we chose 1 of each. The meal was filling but only if you get the rice and drink the entire soup base to help fill you up, otherwise the ingredients themselves will leave you unsatisfied. In hindsight maybe the meat dishes with the thai broth would have helped improve the experience.Overall, it is a nice place on it's own but when compared to "all you can eat" hot pot just down the street for only $10 more, it doesnt really hold up in our book.HOWEVER, the service was great and their drinks are excellent. They have cute take-home reusable cups and their milk tea was exceptional. That alone might be worth revisits.

Came here for the first time New Years Day, got the taiwanese spicy soup wanted to give 5 stars but service was super slow and they brang me my rice way before they brang the soup out also half way into my meal they brang me my water yet the people next to me got everything, i will definitely come back to try the other soups thi

The staff is very friendly and the hot pot is delicious. It's great that each person can customize their own pots. It's perfection for your tastes!

Incredible service with very friendly staff. The food tasted amazing and the spice level was perfect for medium. The soup was very hot and nice atmosphere.

It is good for 1-2 person with 1 hot pot. I cannot finish the larger one although it was so amazing. I suggest the Taiwan hotpot, the only come with instant noddles, it is better when you notice them put the noodles on the side.

I ordered #1 Beef Hot Pot, got medium spicy, and side of vermicelli noodle. You have to add the noodle whole soup is still boiling. I ate my soup with chili oil. It was good, medium was too mild even for me. They have garlic soy sauce if u like more salt. Service was good.Price was good, u get larger pot after #7.
