Every trip to Tamal Express is worthwhile. And that's because you can get some of the best food in generous portions at incredibly good prices. It's filling, flavorful, and made quick by friendly experts. I also appreciated that their hours accommodate swinging by before, during, or after work. Knowing that at any point I'm a short drive away from $20 feeding me for the rest of the day has made my time in this city much more satisfying and I'm looking forward to the many meals I'll be enjoying.
Best tamales in town, Jose and Leticia are super good cooks, we have tried everything on their menu and its all delicious.. They are super friendly and great people. We eat here often and are never dissappointed.

BEST TACOS I'VE EVER HAD. We tried their torta, tacos and tamales. AMAZING. They're so friendly and have quick service. Would recommend to everyone who likes authentic Mexican food. Only thing to keep in mind is they're cash only!
My husband is Mexican, grew up in LA, and knows good, authentic food. We tried this place for the first time today and wow, it was incredible! Amazing burritos and tamales. We will definitely be back!
