Ordered a cravings deal box and asked to upgrade the medium drink to a large. They said okay and told me my total so I thought all was good. When I got up to the window they were loudly talking about how it didn’t make sense for me to get a large baja blast when I only paid for a medium and they were going on and on about it when I could clearly hear them. I asked to upgrade to a large, I did not ask for a large for the price of a medium. If they didn’t charge me for a large that’s their own fault, not mine. I would’ve happily paid the extra $0.10 for a large. Never returning here, the workers were just plain disrespectful.

Working on a construction project, this is the ultimate.grub to lubricate your body for a few more hours of work. This isn't gourmet food. This is grub. It's not awful. It's not great but I figure even James Beard had to have tried it once, right? Heck, it's not even Mexican food. It's a bunch of halfway edible matter shoved into a burrito flavored in a way that makes you crave it. It's really the ultimate science experiment but when you need food fast, it works!

Terrible experience at this locationFirst I asked for light iceShe hands me a cup filled with ice but I said fine maybe she had it pre made before I said anything about the iceThen my burrito was so sloppy , I asked for light guacamole and no tomato yet it was filled with so much guacamole and a bunch of tomatoesWaste of money for sure , won’t be coming back for a while

This is the most annoying Taco Bell location to actually get into that I've visited. Due to traffic changes through the years you can only enter from two directions and you can't leave and easily return to the direction you came from.Additionally the parking lot is small and difficult to get through if it's remotely busy.That said, the staff has always been fantastic and friendly, and the food well made.

Wrong orders, racists, unprofessional, and all I can say is they better get their act together. They are taking money from customers and not giving them their food when they mess up. They refuse to speak any English and make fun of white people in Spanish. When I call to discuss frustrations and try and get a solution, they hang up on you on the phone. Poor restaurant SHUT IT DOWN!!!

Some of the staff is really nice and work really well to get orders right.I just ordered from this location and had my order messed up for every person I ordered for. Didn't have available what 1 person wanted (stuff happens, understandable not that bad), didn't understand what I asked for for 1 person and put in something different, didn't even take what I wanted for another person, and then we talked about what I wanted and ignored what I said about it and gave me something different.

This is usually my favorite locations. But recently it's been terrible. Got my doordash order missing items and customizations not followed AT ALL. Getting extra nacho cheese on my potatoes cost extra so when I get the same amount and the sour cream I didn't want it makes those potatoes not enjoyable.On top of that it seemed like they took a handful of shredded cheese and threw it in the bag. Everything I pulled out had shredded cheese all over it.My chips and cinnatwist were STALE as well.Most unenjoyable meal I've had from there. Sad to see this location is going down hill.

Sad to say the meat smells like cat food makes me nauseous. I used to love it and worked there for many years.

From slow, bumbling and unenthusiastic employees who can't even read "No Sour Cream" on a screen to management who closes their lobby on a whim without any kind of posting online or on the front door to inform guests they've simply decided to work less for the day, I have never had such consistently horrible service at a fast food business beforeI work next door and visit out of necessity more than anything for a quick bite, but it is becoming more of a challenge than it's worth to deal with employees who seem to only show up to put in the absolute minimum effort and still manage to mess up almost every order in some way or anotherThe hours are posted right on the front door, Google says they are open for dining in, but the employees seem to think those are more guidelines than a strict schedule, as they will simply close the lobby in the middle of a weekday for no reason other than not wanting to workAt this point I would rather go without food or walk much, much further down the road just to avoid giving this business another dime ever again, as this horrible behavior has been consistent for more than a year now

I order from this location with a lot of modifications and I am vegan. I place online orders to make the modified order more simple for the staff. They have made my orders with 100% accuracy consistently. I have never had to wait more than a 3 minutes for fresh food. Everyone at this location deserves props and a huge thank you for your hard work.
