My local subway store is excellent. The young people that work there are the reason why. I appreciate them
I've tried repeatedly to order from this store through Doordash. BMT Deluxe on wheat. They have gotten it right about 2 out of 7 times. Usually forget the extra meat.Once, my BMT was made as a BLT.I have called. They fixed it. I have gone to the store. They fix it. Service is great IF YOU ARE THERE.I tried to avoid the keyboard warrior route, but they just can't get it right.
Good clean shop. Most employees are fun and nice. Can be slow at times but where isn't at this point in time when no one wants to work. Highly recommend
Would give this place a 0 if I could. Apparently, they are unable to read a simple receipt because my orders are never correct. Won't be returning.
I never really post reviews but this time I needed too, y 2 weeks ago I went to pick up My order late at night around 9 when I got home I noticed they added bacon to one of my sandwich which was odd bc I never order it with bacon, then I checked the other sandwiches and they all had bacon on it. We didn’t think much of it since we didn’t mind eating it, intill it hit 30 mins later I had a severe stomach Pain and could you not i started i throwing Up. I thought it was maybe something else but then my brother started to feel sick. This is absolutely not okay! Why give out food that is not cooked good or spoiled food ???? This is sick never will I be coming back here ever again! It sucked because I always go to this location.
Food was great, employees were awesome, but I had to eat my protein bowl while listening to the two owners bully and berate an underling ( Manager? Assistant manager?) for ten minutes. It was the most unpleasant meal I've had for a long time. These owners apparently control more than one franchise, as I learned while they yelled at the employee that he had " under-perforned" at "five locations". This guy was likely toiling away managing their assets and wealth for minimum wage or less and they had the AUDACITY to berate the man IN PUBLIC for not doing a better job of making them richer. Disgusting. Now I can't eat at any Subway because I don't know which ones they control. Zero stars for the owners, four for everything else, average two stars.
I guess I managed to get a new food handler because he put one too many slices of meat on my sub and the manager reached over and took it off. I was a little surprised that he did it right in front of me. I think he should have left it on and then tell the guy that he made a slight mistake afterward. They are so darn skimpy with it.
Two online orders in 3 weeks. Two consecutive screw ups. Twice I’ve been given the wrong sandwich. I don’t understand what’s so difficult about reading an ingredient list and assembling a sandwich. A franchise representative reached out after my first issue but there was zero follow up. Resorting now to visible online complaining.
Ordered a Spicy Italian Melt for pickup, supposedly comes with 3x the cheese of your choice. I choose a delicious provolone. Got my sandwich home after the drive to and from Subway, eagerly unwrapped it to find... no cheese. Not even a standard amount of cheese. A melt with no cheese is just.. just a toasted sub. A dollar extra for less cheese than usual when I should’ve receive three times the amount. Now, like a good Karen, I called the Subway and asked if they could possibly refund some money to my Subway account for the mess up. Instead of speaking to a manager, I heard him pass along messages to his employee to pass to me. I was told that they could only remake the sub and I could come get it... so I have to use twice the gas and twice time to get something I already paid for, that YOU messed up? Yea nah. I’d a avoid this Subway. Not to start anything, but when Chipotle messes up they at least fix it, and correctly. Cheers.
Really, really, really sick of veggie patty being available online but the store is out. The only reason I order Subway is because of the veggie patty. Goodbye, Subway.
