The drive thru is horrible. I’ve tried multiple times thinking this could be excellent to have a fast food option that’s a sandwich and not fried food. Alas, every single time it is excruciatingly slow and half the time the order microphone or person taking orders isn’t even there to take an order. Just go inside if you want any kind of service.

I ordered a surprise lunch for my boyfriend today and was absolutely shocked to open up our food. I posted a picture of the receipt. One sandwich was supposed to be a steak and cheese sandwich with veggies. When my boyfriend opened it up it was a turkey sandwich with hardly anything put on it. The avocado wrap we ordered was mostly corrected except no avocado was on it. Very disappointed with their purchase. It is important to note the store was also nearly empty so the mistakes make even less sense to me.

I get there at 815 pm they close at 9. I was the only one in so I asked if they were still making sandwiches and got a yes. Cool I had a kids meal needed and two footlongs which I told them all three what they were. They make the italian cool and then go in the back come out and then say sorry no turkey but we have ham. We'll if anyone has kids this just won't work could of started off with were out but I've worked a sandwhich shop moons ago and even then we had something called a slicer which we would slice more but guess that's too much to ask a hr before closing. Lazy.... wait best part was " your not gonna take the italian" um no I need 3 subs not one and the rest of us can watch him eat. They weren't pleased but really should that of been a actual question when u told me you could not cut meat till morning.....

Went here for lunch today and had the most pleasant experience at subway. The employees working here are so nice and inviting the food was held up to high standards.

This is a new place. It is very clean, quite roomy.

Horrible. I wish I could give it 0 stars I ordered on their site when I arrived the young lady hadn’t even made it. The young lady said she couldn’t make even though since they were about to “close “ I took 30 minutes to go there . They almost made me pay the service fee . I received a text saying that my food was done . I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you want bad service.

Normally When I visit this subway the service is awesometoday I went in the drive-through and did my order on the ziosk and it didn’t read my finger to add spinach and would not let me edit my orderI pulled up to the window to ask If I could add spinach to my order as it was an honest mistake and these two lady’s one younger one older said they would give me a side of spinach I asked if there was any possible way they could throw it on super fast that would be awesome they both sighed and rolled there eyes at meCame back with my sandwich I said thank you so much have a good day once again rolled eyes and no acknowledgment then slammed windowI later opened my sandwich and they added spinach around the sandwich in the paper wrap not not inside my sandwichI worked at subway for 2 years and still work in food industry i under stand it can be frustrating at times but this is what you signed up forYou got your tip you were spoken to nicely the least you can do is say no problem have a good day and have good customer serviceI came to your location so you can get paid then I tipped on top knowing that would be extra on your pay check and still got horrible serviceIt takes the least bit of energy and time to be a decent humble human especially when you’re at work that should be your top priority

Waited an hour for an online pickup order. They only started making it when I said something and refused to offer anything more than an apology for the wait.
