It was lunch time and I think I went in with a larger order then anticipated. When I said 4 sandwiches, the stress level of all the employees went to the roof. I could physically see it. The employees didn't seem to work well together to get orders done and each stuck to one customer at a time, which caused a back up in the line. I wasn't in any rush and was able to have a sense of humor to keep a chill vibe between me and the employee working with me. If the employees worked together to get orders done, instead of fighting for counter space, I think it would have taken a LOT less time to get through my order. However, the man who helped me (an employee with a buzzed head) was pleasant and did his best to work through my order with me. Given the lack of teamwork from his fellow employees I was impressed with his ability to keep his cool and smile through our interaction.
It’s very bad experience, I got a cheese and egg sandwich one of the workers use her hands and grab the bread without gloves, and the other worker didn’t say nothing to her. I told them use a gloves and she did use them in anger face. Then when I ate I realized the egg still frozen, I didn’t say nothing the store was busy until she said in low voice hope you like the eggs, after that I told her so you knew it’s frozen and you didn’t fix it, she was acting weird, and said we will give you another sandwich. I got enough of their acting and I got out.
I had a pathetic experience yesterday. Placed an order online (which showed it was ready) and when I went to pick it up, it was not ready. Also it took them 15 mins to make my order. I ordered buffalo chicken and my sandwich had no buffalo sauce! It was the most tasteless subway sandwich I’ve ever had. Never ever ordering from this branch again. Also, as soon as I entered, the staff member came inside who was previously smoking outside.
Awesome crew working this evening. I was in at 10pm ish. Those guys were busting their hindends off and taking care of all the customers as fast as they could.
Staffs don’t wear masks appropriately(nose and half mouse open). One staff picked up a phone with cloves on and returned to making sub with the same clove.Online order was delayed by 15min. They prioritize walk-in customers. Cooking zone is not clean. I will visit other branch.
This lady gave me head behind the counter after I paid and then we went to the back and she let get a couple strokes in before someone else showed up. Lady with blond hair was amazing
If I can give lower.. I would. Whoever worked night shift 12/21-22 12am-2pm should be fired. Ordered DoorDash online at around 1150 because I saw that it would be 30min wait. Waited the 30 min and saw that the order was not started not thinking too much about it. It got close to my estimated delivery time so I called… 7 times to nobody answering. Then went to DoorDash to cancel order. They called twice to the same result. Having worked night audit for hotels, and closing shifts I get it. But whoever is “working” is not working at all. They are taking advantage of the lack of coworkers on shift to oversee. Please reconsider who works night shifts.
I can't say enough good things about this particular shop, the people are awesome and Everytime I get a sandwich I always have a great conversation, and the wait time is very low. THANKS GUYS!
I’ve never written a review of a restaurant before, but this subway has earned by attention. The line is always long and it averages at least an hour for me to leave the restaurant on average. Keep in mind this at night. The reason for this is very clear. There is no urgency from the staff in completing orders. After watching staff members make sandwiches for an hour. One wonders if the entire staff is completely new. I just really implore the managers to hire people that display some reasonable level of competence.
Everything was great until one of the employees came from restroom. Hugged a friend went behind the counter grabbed a face mask for that friend and went straight to the cookies and just grabbed one without washing his hands
