This is my favorite Starbucks location! The staff is VERY friendly and they keep their area clean. I love this place.

Can't check balance of my gift card unless I buy the drink first? Assume they make it, then I can't afford it and just throw it away because they're stingy.
Wasted my time from google telling me they were open when they weren’t.

Good service most of the time, they can get busy and aren’t technically Starbucks employees so it’s fine. But three times in a row now, I’ve ordered a cold brew and without being told received iced coffee instead. I’m not sure if I caught them forgetting to steep the cold brew three nights in a row. I’m sure their espresso drinks are fine, but no go for cold brew.
Early morning, only 1 person causing slow service long wait. Could use another person during certain hours might increase sales. Both times there, someone turned around and left. I can see help is pressured to wirk garder, but not really friendly, or lookike they enjoy thier work.
I end up going here every time I take my car to the Honda service center. It's a smaller Starbucks. They have most of the breakfast sandwiches, but not all the lunch options of bigger Starbucks.
