Worst experience ever! I thought I would give Starbucks another try. Won't ever visit a store or get any products from Starbucks. I will continue to go to Dutch Bros!

The barista Giana was rude and just stared at me blankly after I gave my order. She didn’t say thank you have a good day, and looked at me like she expected me to tell her thank you even though she was being rude to me? No I already have my own job I do not have to do the customer service work of her job for her, especially when she’s being rude.

Later afternoon has better staff that listen accurately for correct orders.
Inside this location is large and bright. Outdoor seatings are in between the road and the carpark, so not very quite. Five baristas are working but still therems a waiting time, it’s a very busy place I think due to online orders. They brewed fresh coffee for my taste, and it’s nice! I liked here.
The baristas deserve recognition serving steady stream of customers with smiles. The McDonald's of coffee shops.
During an Uber order not only did they serve every single person in the store before me after waiting 10mins with nobody so much as looking me in the eye they turn around and strongly push the customers order to me and the bag falls over. Than they had the nerve to give me the he driver a bad rating on Uber. So hands down avoid them at all costs if picking up ordering or even just personal use. Very bad communication skills very bad attitudes not at all what I look for in a coffee shop wouldn’t spend my money here ever. Would rather drink dirt.
