Will never go here again. We went here for dinner on 06/14/22 and it was by far the worst dining experience. My husband ordered a Deluxe Chicken Burrito. After taking a few bites of it, I happened to look up and saw him pulling a chicken bone out of his mouth (about 2 inches and sharp). It was gross. He set it aside and took another bite, then another. He then pulled ANOTHER chicken bone out of his mouth, roughly the same 2 inch size and sharp as well. He stopped eating and set that one aside as well and waited for our server to come over. After a couple minutes the server came over, we showed him and he explained to us that it's chicken, it's fresh and it happens (like we were idiots and don't know that chickens have bones). He the put it in a napkin and walked away. Thinking he would probably inform the manager or owner of this potential choking hazard, we waited hoping someone would come by and make sure my husband was in fact alright and offer at the very least an apology. Sadly nothing like that happened, no apology from anyone, just our bill. Who knows if our server even brought it to anyone's attention - the kitchen staff, another employee, the manager or the owner. When we got home, I did send an email to the Si Senior restaurant hoping again maybe someone would touch base, reach out and show some concern but nothing (still). It's definitely a disappointing on many levels but mainly because it was a frequent spot for us that we enjoyed.
Used to love this restaurant. In the last 2 months (6/2022), the prices have gone up and the service and quality have gone down.In 2 take out orders in the last month, both have been wrong and we had to return to the restaurant to get a fixed order. The first time they burned our burrito and the second visit they left off half the order while making the other half wrong. 15 minutes on hold and 45 minutes later we were eating. None of the staff seems to care that the orders were wrong and the only interaction you get is with the 19 year old girls at the desk who are annoyed that you are there. It's too bad, this used to be our go-to place for Mexican food.
We went there during Happy Hour and we were surprised by the prices. They have doubled from what we are used to. We spent $43 including tip. I had 3 tacos and my wife had a chorizo skillet plate. We both had a pint of Margaritas, that was over $6 each and the happy hour meal was nearly $11 each. The food was great and the service was outstanding. However, we can't afford to do that very often.
I have been a regular customer of Si Senor for over 10 years. I have brought clients there, had family functions there, and even a few birthday dinners. The service has always been good, the food excellent and the drinks delicious making Si Senor one of my very favorite spots! BUT the last two times I have gone in to eat I noticed they are changing things. Several new young female servers were not trained well and smacking gum while taking our order, were not friendly, and could not answer questions about the menu. The drinks are now incredibly watered down and the food was just okay. I am not sure if the restaurant is under new management or what is causing the drastic change but the ONLY good thing left about this restaurant is Reyes. It is unfortunate to say that my friends/family and I will not be back. The recent changes have lost you a very loyal, frequent and well-paying customer.
Placed an order over the phone, was asked for my name/phone number and told it would be 25 min. I arrived to pick up my order at 6:30pm and was told it would be 10 more minutes since they had a rush of orders. Really didn’t make sense because a time was quoted prior to the rush, but whatever. I went and waited in the car while my son waited in restaurant, just thinking it would be 10 more minutes…checked in with my son 20 min later, he said they told him again 10 minutes. I called myself at 7:17pm and was told they were working on it now - odd since they said they were working on it multiple times and it doesn’t take 45 min to make one plate. I get that places are busy, but what awful customer service to not communicate with your customers when there is such a difference in time frame quote versus when ready. When I told them nevermind, they had already taken payment so I was stuck or had to file a claim with my bank to dispute the charge? What kind of advice is that to give a customer that paid you in good faith? Had also asked for a tip before I knew what a hassle a simple order would become. So annoying because this all could have been handled with a simple courtesy phone call to advise they were behind instead of making a customer wait three times the amount of time they were quoted. Good food, but unfortunately the total lack of customer service and billing me before I even had food makes it so it isn’t worth returning again. Left with food after 7:30pm - 1.5 hours after ordering.
Worst Food Ever!! The service was even worse...never will we be going there again..as a Joke My Husband suggested this place to a person he didn't like to ruin his dinner!! I immediately told his friend not to ever go there unless he wanted to be ignored by the server even the servers 1 ft away from me I had enough nerve I would have yelled for him to come back but for the respect of the other customers I did not I had the shrimp with the cream sauce which it taste like alfredo I had some nasty mushrooms that was old I insisted that we speak to management however my husband wouldn't let me so we had to pack up the food too bad you have a dog that could even give it to a dog so my husband was not looking I simply threw it in the trash

Great service. Delicious food. Good flavors. It's a great restaurant with a relaxing atmosphere. Lots of menu choices. Happy Hour offers excellent options. Looking forward to going back to try more dishes.

I would not recommend the El Pastor Beef Bowl $16.56. Mostly lettuce, rice & beans. Hardly any meat & tough meat at that with No Flavor. ?The Mango Wings we're excellent thou Happy Hour $9.86 for 4 wings.
