We have been eating at at Shari's for as long as I can remember and this was our best experience yet. The food was quite fantastic and our server was truly legendary in quality of service and level of professional interaction.If I could give a 10/5 they would have it. Truly a model that every Shari's pies could learn from.
Just stopped in to get some pie. What can I say? Iced dinged at Shari's many times, if you want a diner experience that ain't break your pockets this is the place.They are known for their pies, if you like fruit pies they have you covered. If you like cream pies they have you covered. ?
loved our waitress she was just a doll, food was decent the staff made up for the higher prices! however my son thinks the process are fine, i believe this must be a generation issue...lol
It's regretful to have to post a review like this. A once-reliable staple for diner breakfast has gone unrecognizably downhill. Ordered the most basic breakfast: eggs, bacon, pancakes, hash browns and toast. Eggs over easy came out hard yokes and burnt around the edges. Asked for extra butter on the toast and it came with no butter at all. Bacon was good. Pancakes were not fluffy, but crisp and crusted. I had asked for melted cheese on the hash browns, and the waitress told me that "stuffed" was the best deal because it was cheesy with bacon. She neglected to mention sour cream and onions. I'm allergic to onions. I also think hot sour cream is disgusting.So basically the only thing that was acceptable was the bacon and the coffee. I still paid my bill, but it's unlikely that I'll give Shari's another try. So unfortunate, considering all the years of late nights here.In a world of rising prices and declining service, you'd think establishments such as this would be trying hard to earn your business, instead of being so neglectful. But c'est la vie. There are other diners that will welcome the business. Don't waste your hard-earned dollars with this one.
Absolutely delicious! Shari's is a great place to stop for breakfast. My only regret was that I was too full to try their Marion Berry Pie when I was in the area.
I have never been treated so rudely. I didn't think it possible or professional to ever be treated as rudely as I was at this restaurant. I work part time for door dash. I had picked up two orders from here already that day and was back for my 3rd pick up. The first 2 times the orders were on the counter/bar ready to go, so I grabbed them said thank you and left. I didn't see the order ready so I sat down at the counter and waited. They were busy so I waited thinking they'd see me when they could get the order ready. Some time went by and I check to see what the order was. A omelet and side of bacon. While waiting the 4-5 waitresses acted like they didn't see me. Like I wasn't there. I could see the order in the hot window ready to be baged and sent out. All they have to do is grab it put it in the bag. Tape the recipe to the bag and set on counter. After seeing the food was done and they had checked there order screen and it was being over looked. I tryed speaking with one of the waitresses and she acted like she didn't hear or see me. When we were face to face. I tryed asking and getting there attention(politely and respectfully) so I even waited in line at the register. Let the lady know who I was there to pick up for. She says yah then doesn't check and they all continue to act like I'm not even there. Not making eye contact. Looking past me when I'm trying to get there attention. I couldn't believe how they were acting. It was a simple order and sat in the window for 20-30min. I was calm and respectful the whole time. They were unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. I was getting mad so I went out of the restaurant and called doordash and explained what was happening. The gentleman I spoke with said he called and when he said who he was they hung up on him. It was a wast of 45mins of mine. The costumer never got there breakfast. If they had a is with doing to go orders. They should bring it up with there management. Whatever the issue they had was. The way they handled it was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I'll never pick up, order, or recommend this Shari's to anyone. HOPE EVERYONE ELSE HAS A BETTER EXPERIENCE
Came in a few hours before close and there were 4 tables full, but was told there was over an hour wait. So we decided to wait a little bit and got sat down within 15, yay! However then the staff proceeded to sit other new guests and serve them and take their full orders and let us sit there for about 20 minutes without even offering drinks.
Fast friendly service even during the busy time. Restaurant was clean and atmosphere was peaceful.
Can not get enough! Will be bringing my kids here! So family friendly and fast. I was in a rush and it was the perfect snack to fulfill my cravings ?
The service was very fast and the server was so amazing considering they were dealing with 17 teenage girls. Best Shari’s I’ve ever been too and will definitely be coming back!
